So the image can be changed by adding an image to the ‘Featured Image’ section when editing a page. It’s best if it’s quite large, say over 1300px wide.
You should also have a ‘Secondary Title’ field below the main title where you can add some text. Screenshot here to better explain: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c95xvwqa3

Ah – no problem.
Ok, so go to Appearance > Menus and first click ‘Screen Options’ at the top. Ensure ‘CSS Classes’ and ‘Description’ are ticked.
Then, open up the ‘About feature’ menu item by clicking on the down arrow. You’ll see this: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0635xwf5ae
The text can be changed right away. To replace the image, upload a new one into the ‘Media’ section of WordPress and note the url. Then, replace the url path in this section with your own.

I am getting this error when trying to install layer slider, CommerceGurus Toolkit and visual composer. An error occurred while installing CommerceGurus Toolkit: Download failed. couldn’t connect to host.

Perhaps it’s a permissions issue – here’s a way to add them manually:
- Download the theme from Themeforest and unzip it
- Also unzip themeInstall/fintech.zip
- The plugins are within /inc/plugins/ – you can add them manually via Plugins > ‘Add New’ within WordPress

Great work and just about to buy. A few things I noticed with the theme -
1. The featured image on posts and pages is too squashed height wise when viewed full size. Would dimensions of 1920/1850×750 work?
2. Would it be possible to add an option in the theme to hide top header the when the site is viewed below 1080 wide, leaving only the logo and menu?
3. Breadcrumbs look good on Chrome and Firefox (retina + regular) but are hard to read in Safari on Retina.
4. How easy would it be to use the same layout and style as your Broker theme?

- I guess you could create a responsive rule in css to do this, yes

- Well, it’s a different style to Broker and the layouts are quite different – if that would be more suitable for your project we’d totally recommend it also

Is it possible to remove the vertical sidebar near scrollbar? I would prefer the legal links/social icons be underneath the footer like they are in the Broker Theme you guys offer.

Thanks for the kind words! Yes, the right fixed bar is just a Theme Option – you can switch it off if you prefer. The social links could then be placed in the footer widget instead.

This came out so beautiful on desktop. Unfortunately on mobile, the site looks very strange. If you go to your themes homepage, you’ll notice the header having all the content above the logo which makes it look unusual. Then by the footer you have the copyright disclaimer above a lot of the other text/content and then you have the email newsletter signup form above the description for it.
I can’t wait to see how you improve on the design on mobile. I absolutely plan to purchase this theme for a project i’m working on the moment these improvements are made! All the best!

Re: the top header – that’s actually a theme option you can disable if you wish. Some folks need to display this content at the top as it could contain an important phone number or email address that shouldn’t be hidden.

Re: the footer – the right fixed sidebar collapses below the rest of the content so anything within that will appear at the bottom. You can always disable the fixed bar and just add your social links in the standard footer if you wish.
