Hello, I’m gonna start by saying this theme is great, I did almost everything I planned to do with it, good job … But I got a problem though : i can’t seem to install a “register” page for new customers, I mean people can connect (if they already have an account i created them) and pay and stuff, but they can’t create a new account, that’s problematic. Did I miss something on the tutorial or I have to code this specific page myself ? Can you help me with this issue ? Thanks.

Dummy data problem, it “imports” then it goes directly to the site and gives a 404 page not found error. All dummy pages do not appear on the dropdown menu, trying to follow instructions from the video, but no luck, it is the third time I uninstall and reinstall the theme. An issue with the js composer was solved with the help of Farook, but I really need this theme up and running asap. Need help urgently. According to envato, support is 24/7, but it seems that you guys dont support during the weekend (that is kinda bad, specially for us weekend web designers).

Thank you for purchasing our theme. We are sorry you weren’t able to import the data and setup the theme. I’d like to clarify that the theme does not handles import its the Wordpress importer which usually requires a higher PHP execution time set in your php.ini setting.
I am not sure why you are not able to import. If you can share with me your FTP and WP admin panel details I can check what is causing the issue and I can help you setup the theme.
Support is 24/7 ? You gotta be kidding. We are a small team like most of the authors here in TF and I don’t think anyone would provide 24/7 support. Our normal response time is 24 hours and we are not available on weekends.

when using your child theme the STYLE.CSS dosn’t load because you are using the functions: get_template_directory_uri
this functions will always pull the parent theme style.css
you need to change it to “get_stylesheet_uri” and it will work both for the child and the parent.
i think you should update this ASAP

Thank you for your question. The child theme’s style.css does not load and it is deliberate. Let me explain :
1. The child theme’s style.css should be loaded only when there is a requirement to load child theme’s style.css. get_stylesheet_uri will load only child theme’s style.css causing the website to appear broken because the parent style is not loaded.
2. https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes explains how to load the parent theme style in child theme’s functions.php
3. The method in 2 is the preferred method and we have explained it here as well : https://transvelo.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/5000275869
4. Not loading the style.css by default saves unncesessary server requests and server roundtirp. So we should load it only if we need the child theme’s style.css

Thank you for your suggestion. We’ll add this code in the child theme and include it in our next update. By admin area do you mean options panel ? If that is the question, yes we do have an options panel however you will have to activate “Redux Framework” for that options panel to appear. They options panel can be accessed via Sportexx which is a menu item in admin dashboard.

It seems like the trouble with the Dropdown cart lies in Redux Framework. It doesn’t display the qty nor the picture of the product…
Sorry for the many responses. It seemed to be the “Retina Ready” feature that made the image to dissappear in the dropdown cart. However it still does not show product qty in the dropdown.
Another feature i’d like is to make the “total sum” in order review wider. Because right now it is stacked on top of each other like below.

This is totally okay. I don’t want to be a pain in the ass, but I have another problem. This is only CSS related though:
1: On the site http://www.stronghealth.dk the cart is placed in the top right, with a tag to seperate search and cart. I want what always to fill the right side, and not stop. On your demo site, it goes all the way out, but if you scroll to the right, the line is continuing. 1. I am not entirely sure if I understand your question properly. This is because I don’t see any difference but I think it may be due to our difference in screen resolution. Can you please tell me which screen resolution you are using so that I can see what you mean.
2. This is actually not possible with CSS. However it is possible to achieve via JS. I will look into this today and provide you with a solution.

1. On your own demo, the line between the cart and the search continuing to go to the right after the site content is stopped. Take a look here: http://i.imgur.com/T989AuK.png This is maybe because your screen is huge, but the most laptops are 13” and 15”, so it has to work for all screen sizes.

1. Regarding the line, I am not sure how you get this line. This is because we have placed overflow hidden on body tag will will hide any overflowing content. I am not able to reproduce this in any other systems of mine in laptops 13, 15 as well as higher resolution monitors. However if you can help us by sharing your screen via skype we’ll be glad to help you out on this.
2. We have tried evening out the columns, it is quite difficult than originally expected. It is easy to make equal height columns, however spacing the contents of the column to be equal is not possible unless we make the height of cards bigger or smaller. This will cause other things to break or look ugly. At this point, unfortunately, we’ll have to tell you that it is not possible to have a universal solution for equal height of all content.

Okay, thanks for trying. I will just edit my homepage. I have noticed a problem with product variations. Every time i create a variation product, it can’t be bought. No selection menu shows up. In the quick-view it works, but not on the product page.

Yep, I have done that. Check this link: http://stronghealth.dk/produkt-kategori/crossfit-gear/bodyweight/ - and try to quickview the product “Wallball”. The variations shows up here, but if you visit the product page, it doesn’t. You can see that the price goes from 750 to 950, but can’t choose a variation.

I think this is because you have the wrong settings. I have set it right for you. These are the 2 settings you’ve missed :
1. You need to create a page like given in the instruction here : http://transvelo.github.io/docs/sportexx/setup/product_comparison.html
2. You will have to uncheck the “Open automatically lightbox” in YITH Plugins > Compare.
There is a small fix required to update to the latest version. I will provide you with it in 15 mins.

A Jumbotron, can be created via Static Blocks. Please navigate to Static Content section and add a new statick block. You can setup the block using Visual Composer. The static block used in our demo is available in dummy data.
Once you have created the static block, you will have to navigate to Sportexx > Shop > General > Shop Page Jumbotron.

I can’t get the Brands row to show up. It’s in the visual composer layout, there are brands under attributes, there are products assigned a brand, but still it won’t show up. In the html, it just appears as a blank row with 1px height
