hi you can turn off the sidebar from the option but we only have 3 columns layout for recipe pages http://mesh.daffyhazan.com/fnc/recipe-v3/

How to I remove just the Archive word before a title of a category? I already tried this

But it takes out the entire title with it. I just want the word Archive out….
you cant use css for that, please open functions-page.php in folder food-cook\includes\admin\functions\ . change line 75 to:
$title = '<span class="fl cat">'. single_cat_title( '', false ) . '</span> <span class="fr catrss">';</span>

Hi, I want to buy this theme. I have a recipe website http://sivaniskitchen.com with nearly 700 posts. My question to you is 1) will your theme recognize my posts and their categories or do I need to manually enter the categories for each posts again? 2)I am using Ziplist plugin to enter ingredients list and instructions steps. Will this theme recognize ziplist ingredients into its format. Thanks Rk

1. hi for posts you dont have to assign the category again. but if you want to “turn” your posts to recipe you will need to do that as it has different taxonomy and category.
2. no, you will need to add the format again to our own form..

Greetings, I am running into an issue where only one shipping method, using woocommerce, shows up on the checkout and cart pages. I checked the other methods to make sure they are working, and they are. The theme seems to only be displaying the top method (I changed the order and the others who up as the only option). hi, we dont experience this in our server.. please try to deactivate plugins that doesnt come with the theme first. in case there are compatibility issue.

My woocommerce product layout decided to randomly blow up. It looks like something is interfering with a column, causing the products to be displayed out of order in a miss-mash. Any idea as to what could cause this? I did recently update plugins as well as the theme. Here is my website:

Hi, I was wondering if Food&Cook is compatible with the latest WooCommerce 2.6.0 update.
I am getting a WooCommerce message in my dashboard saying:
‘Your theme (Food And Cook) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.’
And it says in the system status that the following are out of date:
food-cook/woocommerce/myaccount/form-edit-address.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0, food-cook/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.2.6 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0, food-cook/woocommerce/myaccount/form-lost-password.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. Also the spacing on the review that has been left on this page has been altered which now leaves a line through the end of the comment.

hi sorry for the late reply i was away at the weekend, we dont have ads area inside the content, so you may need to use a 3rd party plugin (e.g: WPquads or addrotate) add your ads there.

It looks like you can sort by Recipe Type OR Skill Level. But what if someone is looking for a Recipe Type with a specific Skill Level (ex: a beef recipe that’s easy to make). Is there a way to do this?

How do you turn off autocropping for the featured images? They are stuck at 940×400 and this makes the featured images on the blog page look bad if they were added before your latest update.
hi you can open content-post.php in folder includes\templates\content\ . then go to line 48 change the thumbnail-blog to full-size . you will need to regenerate your thumbnails after you change it

1. there wont be a problem with HTTPS as long you have the SSL certificate.
2. we dont have any plan for this at the moment, honestly we are still exploring the PHP 7 itself.

Is it possible to have the Advanced Search show BEFORE the recipes, instead of in a sidebar? So basically paste it in the paste with the recipes On a mobile is not userfriendly to have the search at the end of the page.
