You can upgrade Visual Composer by performing following steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
And clear browser cache after all these updates.
Then it should all work fine. If you still have issues, you need to allow WP admin access for our support on https://elated.ticksy.com so they can help more.

Hello, I am a recent purchaser of this Template. A couple questions: What is the exact dimensions for the header image of the home page? I’m having a really difficult time sizing it correctly is it 1920×1280?
Also, does this template integrate on mobile? When I bring my site up on mobile it is not coming out correctly.

1.Blog Slider unfortunately can’t work with videos, it uses posts featured images only.

Hi. Since updating to latest theme version the fullscreen menu button is missing in the main navigation. how do i get this back?
plus then you look at the site in tablet mode there are two mobile menu buttons! and one of these seems to be the fullscreen menu button! something not right here.

Yes, you need to be using Latest Kreate theme version 1.1.1 , that includes Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 , and clear browser cache upon updates.

Please note, the thing is that we have bought extended license for Revolution Slider which granted us right to distribute this plugin as a bundle within our theme. But, due to Envato rules, we can’t share this license key with our customers.
So, we’re in obligation to our customers to always provide latest plugin version within current theme version and also to provide necessary support. Therefore, just use your plugin freely and disregard activation message.

Here’s my experience with the support Elated:
On average from 4 to 8 days for a simple answer. (Maybe tomorrow we beat the record, will keep you updated)
The theme has never worked well, full of bugs, I sent them over 15 slide with obvious problems, but obviously it is headed.
From despair I also urged Envato, and after explaining the various problems, they said: We are happy that everything is resolved. (?)
Fixed what? I do not even read what I wrote.

May 9, 2016, today only Elated Support was felt, with the usual excuse that they were back in the national holiday.
The ticket was then considered after 11 DAYS, that the holidays can last so much?
Meanwhile my client refused the engagement, this is the end result.
- BUT NOT ‘ALL -
The Envato official support have vanished into thin air, after the first email in which I was offered a refund now no longer respond.
The only assistant who answered in 11 days only wrote to congratulate him that everything had worked out for the best, (ahahahahhaaaa) this shows that not even read the requests, none of them has ever solved the problem.
My advice to the reader: “stay away from this company.”
Let’s see how quickly respond to new tickets, will keep you informed, perhaps between 10/15 days, fingers crossed.

To be clear: I had already sent two times the data to access the administration section, but your subjects have not been felt for too long a period.
So I reinstalled WP and attempted another solution, now you do not need to come in, as I may have found a way to make the theme, (up alone) if you do not succeed then send you a third time the access data, this once, however, I expect short response times.
You are lucky, in Italy a company that does not keep the promises made to its customers, it would have been closed in 48 hours.

If you want to import our demo rev sliders, in your WP admin You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within your theme package (the package you downloaded from themeforest once you bought our theme, where you found theme files as well) and upload the slider you want.
