No problems, it was the zip file in a StampReady folder(after extracting the main item file.), all zip ready just select yours prefer template and import via a zip file.

Make sure you import template each template zip file individually not all at once. I just tried and it work normally here a video

If you refer to StampReady builder that you saw in the demo. You can freely use to import and edit, export(or save to edit later) as much as you want. Please try register and import at StampReady.net not to using the link in demo it just for a demo purpose that why a green button is a purchase button instead of saving template.

which size do you mean by? please inform more detail, a notification.html file size is 8k and content area is 600px, logo size is adjustable.

Ok, you can duplicate button by just adding a spacing table and copy/pass button table.

Hi, I just made a video show you how to do that here, don’t forget to select include image folder when exporting from StampReady, because Campaign Monitor require a zip image folder when import the template

please note, exported file from SR is not include repeatable function in CM since you already able to add/realign module before export from SR, no need to repeat the same workflow in CM. It also prevents a CM builder to crash when import to many modules with repeatable function as well(especially when using all-in-one)

Hi, Steve, normally in unsupported @media queries apps. It’ll show a desktop view. but for Gmail Android, it seems the app also ignore a fixed width that we specify in the code and cause table block show as fit to padding or content as you see in the screenshots. That’s why I mentioned the template is not supported Gmail for android (at this moment). I’ll update as soon as I found a reliable workaround. In the meantime, please use a native email app on your device for view responsive email, it’ll work normally and responsive.

For cut off on the right side of Gmail. What causes the problem is if the screen too small to fit the template container (600px) Since Gmail is not supported responsive and ignore header style it will not resize and the white section on the right is preserved for contact form panel create by Gmail itself. It outside the email content area(basically overlapping).

That’s why a web version button are necessary (or a requirement) in most of the Email service provider.

For Arabic font style, I assume it might set the size by system font in WordPress. If you use English font it will be bigger than Arabic by default right? Please contact MyMail support regarding this question because a system default font size unable to fix by HTML template code. sorry

What I mean is you can switch to use a rich text editor if you want it’s your choice. but as a default, my design purpose is to keep those text in the same size. There is no drag and drop function to change position for buttons element in MyMail by default. You can confirm this direct with MyMail author too.

What you can do with MyMail editor is edit text, images content , add/remove/realign modules, modify color. However, for changing a color option that you see at the sidebar in MyMail is auto detect by plugin and MyMail haven’t provided a TAGS to control these color, So I can’t control over this option.

I understand this template was a recommended by MyMail author. It because @revaxart (Xever) are testing template by himself and that’s what you can do in my template with his plugin.

However, just to let you know that MyMail does not provide a function or tag for template designer to control a changing background image. So all the background images are auto detect and make it changeable by the plugin itself.

Buttons
First, in order to make button and removable require pasting tag “editable label=”name” ” directly in “a” tag instead of a “single” or “multi” tag at the content (this condition specifically inform at the MyMail implementation manual here). Unfortunately, for a button link style. MyMail only able to edit text, not a rich text editor as you got when using a “multi” tag in a content area. However, we can switch use a rich text editor if you want but instead, button lose a removable functionality.
