Besides reorganizing the menu to have less main menu items and more sub items, we can advise you to use the following code in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom Codes – Custom CSS:

    padding: 18px 25px;
}

You can diminish default 25 px value and see how it affects the overall displaying. Hope it will help!

Yes, one page sites can also be elaborated with Finance Business theme, you’ll just need to define which sections of page you’d like to use as “anchors” and then use insert appropriate section titles as menu items.

You can try using cache plugins, optimize all images for web or use another way – deactivate non-theme plugins to check whether some of them influence site loading time. And we would not recommend modifying theme files as they are already optimized, and customization might lead to unwanted results. Appreciate your understanding.
