1) Yes, it’s possible to add extra field if mail service provider api allow, MailChimp allow to add custom fields in form so if you are using mailchimp then it is possible to add extra fields.

2) Yes, our forms are work to use with normal email address send or mailchimp integration.

1) No, User could not register on builder.

2) There are no any admin to manage user it is simple browser base builder utility to manage changes in landing page.

3) You don’t need to upload builder on server you can run it from your local server using wamp or xampp. You require token code to run builder that you can generate from our site using themeforest purchase code.

Once you generated your landing page then you can upload that landing folder to your server.

You can use landing pages on single domain using regular license.
