Hi,
I’m asking this question on behalf of my client, who purchased the theme.
I switched to the Front Page Alternative Slider template for the homepage and added the LayerSlider plugin. However, once I did that the header details widget bar disappeared and the dropdowns no longer appear when hovering over a menu item.
Is there something I did wrong?

I like the theme and planning to buy, before i buy the theme i have a quires 1) the services are big i am looking for a mega menu is it possible to this theme. 2)i am in a particular service, left side navigation is possible 3) we paneled lots of “Accepted Insurances” their logo slider is possible some example is here http://tinyurl.com/gto2oem 4) Can i get the template without “Get the Theme ?” top

First of all thank you for you interest in the theme!
1) The theme doesn’t come with a mega menu. But you can create as many sub menu’s as you need and create a hierarchy for all services on that way.
2) Yes that’s possible. You can set the sidebar per page to left, right or hide it.
3) That would be possible with the ‘Carousel Ultimate’ plugin. You can create carousels with a shortcode and add the logo’s to it.
4) Yes. We added that link only on our theme demo. In the downloadable theme is it replaced by a regular page link. If you want to hide the entire topbar you can do that with a single click

Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add the QT Social Icons to the ‘Top Footer’ panel. Then enter the URL’s of your social profiles.
Yes, Yes, I Know, the problem is that have disappeared the icons, also the arrow icon “up”. The plugin work, but not show icon.

Looks like the values from the icons are empty from the style.css on your server.
Can you try to download a fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest and overwrite the style.css on your server with the style.css from the downloaded package?

1) You can change the fonts of the theme by installing the Easy Google Fonts plugin. It will add a Typography panel to the customizer where you can change the fonts
2) You can change the buttons to rectangular with a single CSS line. We will help you with that.

Hello, my client offers a large number of services from chiropractic to holistic nutrition. Some services are “sub-” services of others. Will we be able to create sub-pages of services and show them all in the sidebar in a hierarchy?

Yes that’s possible. You can create as many sub pages as you need. Also displaying them in hierarchy on the sidebar is possible. Maybe it need a slightly CSS adjust due the amount of sub pages, but we’re happy to help you with that.

Hello! Great theme. I am having trouble figuring out how to have an image uploaded and set as my log for the mobile version of the site as well. my image size is 300×88 and when I go to customize and set the logo it works for desktops but when the site is resized to mobile the default logo returns? Is there a way to fix this?

The logo is resized on mobile devices else it will push the navigation toggle button below. If you want to have the logo displayed in the full size you can add the following CSS via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
@media (max-width: 480px) { .header .header-wrapper .header-logo { width: 100%; } }
Unfortunately this did not work. It still shows the Physio logo on mobile, but my logo on desktop.

Can you try to add a image to the retina logo option, then click on the delete button below and save the customizer settings?
I dont know what VooDoo magic you possess but it worked just by changing the 2x image again lol. Thank you very much! I will let you know if anything happens in the future!
No magic With adding and removing an image the option will be reset.

We didn’t test fonts from ‘my fonts’ on the theme. But according to this link: https://www.myfonts.com/info/webfonts/ it is possible.
Place the JavaScript in to the <head> section of the header.php template file. And overwrite the heading and content fonts with custom CSS.
Best option is to use the child theme while adding code directly to the template files so you won’t lose the changes on updating the theme

If you edit the testimonial row and click on the attributes panel you can add this in the ‘CSS Styles’ textarea: margin-bottom: -80px;
Then click on Layout panel and set ‘Bottom Margin’ to 0.
HI, have just purchased the theme as it looks excellent for my holistic therapy business. Am not a developer, just a user who has built up a basic wordpress website with a little help and is now going it alone with just hosting and this theme. Thank you for the documentation file, a ‘for dummies’ version would be amazing! Am now using and part set up, have gone back to old theme during set up until Phisio more presentable . Having a problem finding the edit page for ‘about us’ that has the theme info in it so I can set up with my ‘about me’. This is on my home page lower down on http://www.zenahaywardtherapies.co.uk. Have deleted pages, placed some in draft and put the provided ‘about me’ page into draft but still showing the below in my home page?? what am i missing?

Thank for the help am getting along much better. Would like to make my homepage display start with the first row, for me this is a picture with tagline, some text under. View here www.zenahaywardtherapies.co.uk.
At present homepage shows (top to bottom) the site picture and menu, below this is the row page title “home”, another row blank which is for “subtitle”, then finally the home page I want to display starts. This means that a large amount of space is taken up on the home page displaying data that I do not want.

That is possible with some custom CSS. If you navigate to Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options > Custom CSS and paste the following line in to the textarea and save the settings it will be like you describe:
body.home .page-header { display: none; }

Actually 4 stars now due there being no newsletter signup form in the theme 
A bit disappointed about that. It’s something that should be included in every theme these days. Hopefully the designer will realise that and add it in.
That’s pity. MailChimp is great, but not everyone is using it. That’s why it isn’t in our theme as default. Our support already given you the URL where you can download the MailChimp plugin, then you can register your form and use it easily within the page builder.
Hi, how can I adjust the logo height correctly? My logo is currently w: 513px h:180px. Is there an easy way to adapt the header easily?
I would like to know what is the maximum width the logo can have, which maximum height can I choose without moving the header structure? What is the height for the header background image for web and mobile so that I can use the full header space?
Another question… Is it possible to change the font of titles and text? If yes, where can I do that?

There isn’t a limit for the logo width and height. But to keep everything in proportion the max recommend logo size is 400px x 80px
If your logo needs to be adjusted with some small CSS you can provide the website URL and I will take a look to see what I can do.

This should do the trick. If you navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS an add this in the textarea:
@media (min-width: 1200px) { .header-logo img { position: absolute; top: 0; } .header-navigation { padding: 64px 0; } }
I noticed you have the same size logo in the retina options also. Please upload that logo with the regular logo size x 2 or leave it empty
