The theme has ZERO customization options and the author take way to long to respond tickets. Sounds impossible to get a refund.

This theme has a very long list of custom options available to users, and they are detailed on the main theme page, as well as shown in the demo with all of the different Skins, Featured Posts, and Post Layouts options.
So, I am not sure what you are referring to with regard to customization. If you are referring to customizing the theme beyond what custom options it offers, then any of those changes would need to be made on your own since they are not features of the theme. But it is simply erroneous to label this theme as having zero customization options, when the theme has a great number of custom options within the Theme Options.
As far as the time to hear back from tickets, I have a notice up here on Themeforest as well as at the Support Center saying that I am on vacation on and off throughout the month of July and will not be able to respond to tickets in the normal 24-hour window, though I will still be around throughout the month to answer tickets (as I am now).
If you are looking to get a refund due to your inability to customize the theme beyond what features the theme offers, then that is not a justifiable reason to receive a refund. The theme offers the ability to set up the theme like the demo, so if you want to add anything beyond that, you will need to modify that on your own.

1. Please send me custom code to center the logo when viewing on mobile. The logo is too far to left.
2. How do you rename “Popular” tab for mobile view? This keeps appearing when right column is for widgets but it’s titled popular. Need to rename this.

I want buy Flex Mag, but I can´t to see how run the ads in this theme. I don´t found in the demo the explication about setting up ads.
- Are the ads for mobile and desktop independently configurable?
Example:
Header in desktop = 970×90 Header in mobile = 300×250
Sidebar in desktop = 300×600 Sidebar in mobile = 300×250
- In the auto loading post (Ads into the posts): Do you know if counts adsense ads take into account all ads on the page or just those associated with each URL (post)? Do you have had a problem with that?

With regard to the ads, all ad units are responsive, so as long as the ad code you are using is also responsive, the ads will display whatever the ad code tells them to display. Displaying different ads on desktop and mobile is something that you would have to make sure the ad code does, and has nothing to do with the theme. I know that Google Adsense has a responsive ad unit that displays different ads depending on the device.
Since the auto loaded posts are all technically one page, Google will only allow 3 ads on the page, no matter how many auto loaded posts are loaded. So if you have 1 Google ad on each page, you will only see ads on the first 3 posts (the first post, and then the next 2 auto loaded posts).
On mobile view the logo is not centered. Please provide custom css to center the logo on top bar when viewing site on mobile. It’s always aligned to the left.

Hello! A couple of pre-purchase questions:
1) in the posts section, is there a way to show only one post without the next ones loading when I scroll down? 2) instead of always showing “most populars” on the right bar, can I change it to another category? (if no, can I set the time of popularity? like, “popular this month”) 3) instead of the “more posts” button in the homepage, is there a way to change it to normal pagination? 4) in the grid homepage (like “entertainment”, in the demo), can i set the sidebar to show the most popular insted of latest news? and can I set 4 featured posts (like the demo homepage) instead of just one big post?

1) Yes, that is the Auto Load Posts feature, and can be easily disabled from within the Theme Options.
2) Yes, you can widgetize the right sidebar so that you can insert any widgets you want. You can insert a widget that will display posts from any category you want.
3) Yes, you can easily disable the Infinite Scroll feature from within the Theme Options, which will replace that button with the standard pagination.
4) You can replace the “Latest News” on the left with a widgetized sidebar as well. You can also set it to display Popular Posts.And there are 9 different Featured Posts layouts you can use for the homepage Featured Posts section. You can view each of them by going to the demo and mouse over the Features menu option and go to “Featured Layouts” to view all 9 featured layouts.

Woderfull theme but when i instrall the theme i got error sometimes “Error establishing a database connection” also i have do WP-Config is correct still same problem and when i active other Theme my site work fine without any error

4. is there a dedicated login/logout link for users? can’t find one in the demo

1) This theme does not come with a PSD logo file, so you will need to provide your own logo.
2) Yes, you can upload a separate retina-ready logo, as is shown in the demo.
3) That is not a feature of this theme, so you may need to use a plugin to do this for you.
4) This is also not a feature of the theme.
5) Please provide an example of what you are referring to.

The theme does display the post’s Tags at the end of the post as the “Related Items”. However, any other features that you listed from the other website will need to be added on your own or with a plugin.
Hi, there is a problem with rich snippets, when you set a featured image and select template 7 or 8 which hides featured image /or choose not to show featured image/ Google Structured data testing tools throws error saying that image is missing. When do you pan to fix this?

Unfortunately, your questions about ads are not features of the theme, so they would need to be done on your own. But, the theme comes with the Theia Sticky Sidebar plugin, which allows you to set up the sticky sidebars.

Unfortunately, there is no manual trigger for the auto loaded posts. It actually works out better since visitors would be less likely to click the button. Loading it automatically will allow them to immediately see the next post.
