Thank you for contacting us. Please access the page setting pagebuilder panel, expand the Content Section, then you will see an option to assign a sidebar for the page. After assign a specific sidebar, you should go to the widget setting page (Appearance -> Widgets) to setup the sidebar you have just used.

Since buying this theme, which is nice, it periodically makes all links (blog posts and pages) revert to a ‘Page not Found’ even if an article truly exists. It simply turns them all into 404 Error pages.
To correct this, I deactivate the them, activate another, deactivate that and reactivate the Sense theme. This alleviates the issue but this is happening nearly every day, out of nowhere.
Is there a fix and/or update to permanently correct this as it gets tiresome to have to do so daily and embarrassing to have to do so at all considering we get good traffic to our content

2. Do you mean that you want to remove the comment section from the article page? If so, it’s very easy to disable it from your admin panel, we will help you do this in a minute
3. Yes, the import demo content file is included in the theme package. If you have any problem while import the demo content, please feel free to let us know and we will help you do it.

Yes, this is the plugin I used but when I created a sidebar, the black line went THROUGH the title, striking it out. I rectified the issue by using a sidebar that came default but I would like to create more with the plugin if possible without this problem. Thanks for your reply.

1. Does Sense have ‘Sticky header’ option? 2. What are the feature differences between Sense and Rex? 3. Are there any features that Storm and Rex have, but are missing from Sense? 4. Does any of these 3 has a better ad system? 5. Can you create in Sense the same grid homepage as Rex Home II? 6. Can you create in Sense the ‘Travel news’ module in Rex Home III?

1. Yes, it’s very easy to set it up in Theme Options Panel
2. Sense supports Woocommerce, BBPress, social share counter … and Rex doesn’t have. You can compare their features in detail by reading the description page of each theme.
3. Storm is built based on Widgetize while Rex and Sense based on the Drag and Drop Pagebuilder. I can’t list all of different features, but you can compare them by reading the Description page of each theme.
4. Sorry that I’m not sure what the better ad system is. Could you please explain about it a little bit?
5. No, Sense doesn’t have the Grid Module like Rex. We will consider to add it to Sense in the future update.
6. Unfortunately, Sense theme doesn’t support that module (Travel News).

You should copy bk_core.php to the same path in Child Theme. Then add this snippet code to the function.php of Childtheme

At this moment. Please try to change something in bk_core.php of Childtheme and check.

I thought I should upload the .mo translation file to sensetheme-child/languages folder because I am using the child theme however it doesn’t work. When I put the file to sensetheme/languages folder it works. This looks like a workaround. Why is this so? Can it be fixed?

Hello, nice theme guys. I have a pre-sales question. The post editor, is it WYSIWYG ? I mean with some themes, if you want bold, you just select and there is a button Bold. Or you copy and paste from Word and the formatting is more or less kept. While with other themes (the ones I don’t like to use), you need to learn a specific markup language to format your text.

I see you have changed the font size successfully right?. But seem your homepage is still not ready to using the pagebuilder for setting up. If you don’t know how to do with it. Please follow this instruction:
To have your homepage ready for setting up, you need to go to Pages -> Add new to create a new page. In page edit screen, choose page template option on right side to be pagebuilder, setup your page then click publish. Here you can setup your desired sidebar. You can create more sidebar if you want by using the Sidebar Generator plugin come with the theme.
After that, please go to Settings -> Reading. In Front page displays option, select a static page and set Front page to the page you previously created. Click Save changes and your homepage should have all of configurations as you desire.

Thank you for contacting us again, could you let me know where is the image that you want to show the original image? In fact, we have to cut the image to the smaller thumbnail so the website can be loaded more quickly than if the website show all images as the original images, it will be very heavy. This is a common technology that every theme at the Themeforest market used. So please don’t worry about it.
