1. How different between javo v2 and javospot ? just design ?
Actually, I am looking for a real state theme and a possible to have sub-listing feature. Javo house seems to be outdated and javohome would be the one.

For Javospot, to make a realestate theme, I did see your demo for a pin detail and see “Vendor” which may using wocomerce I would say it as a list of product. then Can we search for that product and see a list of pin which may have similar product criteria and also can we make that product to be a room, a house instead ?

1. We recommend Javo Home. it uses the same framework with javo spot. the framework is advanced one.
2. Unfortunately we only worked on VC. if you want to use another one, you have to test and find it.
3. Yes it has been updated and there will be addons to have advanced features such as advanced maps, payment.. etc
4. Can you please give us little more details? if you have some screenshots for it, you can email ( javothemes@gmail.com ) us.
5. We haven’t tested ACF yet. but it might not be working properly. because of json data generation. javo home will be compatibility with lava custom field addon.
6.Unfortunately we don’t have comare, print, view stat.
7. We worked on compatibility for WC product vendor plugin. it’s a vendor for wc products. it’s different from listings ( directory listings or items). you can add them for vendor products. but we are not sure how you will organize and use them. you need to have a look at WC product vendor feature and see if it’s fit to your project. this is about our addons ( Addons )
By the way, we recommend you to purchase “javo home” instead of “javo spot” if you want to purchase javo spot.

As you see, you can get the same (95%- little less sample) as our demo sites and 1 click install. you can setup one of them. please also make sure that there are some addons on demos to purchase if you need. there is also a demo for no addons. please have a look at our demo home page for the details.
4. Membership. yes you can do with a payment addon.
5. Footer : yes you can add your information instead of ours. there are options.

Any questions I ask about plug-ins, if you can recommend plug-ins that would be helpful; if not I’m happy to research myself. My question is really whether any plugin works with any theme or whether the plugins you can use are restricted by the theme.
3 I did look at all examples but I didn’t see templates for archives, Terms & Conditions, FAQ’s or Contact Us. Bear in mind I am a novice, so do themes normally come with templates for these pages or do you just build them as content pages? 4 That’s good, I just reassurance on one thing because few themes don’t seem to mention this. I want to push premium members listings to the top of the directory page or feature them in some way. Is that possible with this addon? 6 I’m not happy about your answer answer to number 6 is that the same to most if not all themes ? How easy is it for a novice to do this on their own with the guide you send ? I have seen plugins that can remove wordpress branding. Can any plug-ins work with any themes or are the plugins you can use restricted by the theme? If so is there a plugin I can use with your theme? 7 Regards customising a form, if I have to hire someone to help with this, I would ask a friend of mine but naturally I would rather not do that. 3. Archives ( you can see map categories). there is contact us pages. You need to create Terms & conditions, FAQ, if you need. We have some built sample pages. these are built by visual composer plugin. (drag and drop). you can google this plugin and find some information.
4. if you have payment addon, you can charge for featured (premium) listings. you can setup to show only feature listing with shortcodes. ( how to do : http://javothemes.com/spot/documentation/shortcode-featured-item/ ). if you have advanced map addons, you can also setup “show featured listings first”.
7. We use lava directory manage plugin and addons. you can have a look. if you need to add some custom fields, please have a look at custom fields. Addons
8. I am not sure if there is any addons for it or not. lava doesn’t have this addons.
12. My understanding of your question is that you want to add listing logos, instead of listing owner (author) avatars. then, you need a uploading field for listing logos. but there is no fields for logos. the feature will be added in the future by lava developer team. not sure when. if you need to have paid service for this option, you can contact lava team or our support team. they talk to lava team all the time.
13. As long as, yoast SEO works fine. then I think that’s better.

Hello! My company just recently purchased this theme and we absolutely love it so far. However, we’re kind of at a loss as to how we should go about setting up user profiles. I’d like to be able to make it so that new users can create accounts and login via facebook, twitter, google+ or email, and so that users can have personalized profiles with local weather, news feeds, and of course their listings. And that they can follow other users and have kind of a social activity stream. This is hugely important to my business’ goals. When I had a different directory theme, I was using UserPro before and it was working fantastically, but unfortunately I had to switch themes due to problems with the other one (yours is much better!) and I’m wondering what my options are for creating a more personalized user experience. I read in the comments above that Javo Spot is not integrated with Buddypress or UserPro. What can you suggest instead? Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing back from you!

This is a pre-sales question. I am looking for the theme to have these features.
- Need to be able to search multiple fields at once
- Two of the search fields that the user can use to find someone is a drop down and one of those dropdowns is extensive so a dropdown search field is needed here
- Need to be able to store multiple categories in a single field as each listing can have up to 6 categories.
- Ability to pay for the membership using PayPal or Stripe.
- Search results will be returned with a Masonry (grid as apposed to a list) style layout. Once a serch result is clicked on, a page with that companies full profile can be displayed.
- A full profile will have, Bie, description, membership level, membership status, address, category, all contact info.
- A plus but not a deal breaker, system will send out emails when memberships is a bout to expire.
- Need 4 membership levels
- Pages that can be available to members only.
