Hello, I am looking for a directory plugin that allows for me to have multiple monthly membership levels. A free level where a posting can be made not have images. A low end paid level where the listing can include images. And a high end subscription that can include both images and video. I would also like them to be able to pay an additional fee to be featured. Can this plugin achieve this?

For recurring payment, you can try woo commerce subscription addons. we were told by woo commerce team they said it works. we don’t have these advanced payment options to limit images, videos. maybe in the future.

Hello! When I am on the cart page and change the quantity of a cart row with the plus and minus buttons and then click the ‘Update Cart’ button, it doesn’t update the quantity. It only works when I type the new quantity directly in the quantity input and then hit the Enter key.

Loving this – I think it might be perfect for what we need. Just a few questions about functionality.
The Book Now button doesn’t seem to do anything, even after selecting an open day and time. I’d love to see the UI flow that a customer would see all the way through checkout. What kind of messaging do they get? What page(s) are they directed to? I see stuff is being added to the cart, but no notifications let me know that or indicate my booking was successfully added to cart.
Can the “book now” widget be moved further up the sidebar? We’ll get higher conversions if that’s more visible.
Does every listing HAVE to have the giant header photo? Can that be optional?
I see there are more items from a vendor features in any given item listing. Does the theme also have vendor profiles that show off all inventory?

This is woo commerce booking addon. we worked on compatibility for our theme and the plugin. you may need to see the options of the plugin. this is the link and information about addons ( Addons )
Unfortunately it’s fixed template. there is no option to move up. you may need to customize it.
Featured image. unfortunately we don’t have any options for it. however we have a plan to create another style detail pages. then you can hide the featured images. we can’t really tell you when it’ll be ready.
We don’t have vendor profiles yet.

Hello, planning to buy it but before, i was already happy with another of your theme and i’m asking some important question for the all good and safe uses.
1) i would like to know if it’s possible to import 19k profil in the theme in one time ? Would the speed website would be ok ? Average speed time in sec ? Can we focus the home map to department ? in case of 19k profil is too much too load on the entire country ?
2) Important thing about Csv import, is there a specific model for your website ? format ? eg : Name, address, phone, category, location…. ? How many lines do i need ?
3) Can we update the database with a new csv for adding more profile in the future without deleting the previous 19k ones ??
4) Is there a way to post profil and post ads ?
The user can search zone (profil) or ads ( another custom type ) or in the add category i ve found to respond to my problems, or the theme include something that i don’t know?

I have heard from our support team. there is a user has 2,5k listings and it works fine. the loading framework is the same as javo directory. it’s pretty fast if you have a proper server.
As you may know we don’t have bulk import service. ( http://javothemes.com/spot/documentation/bulk-data-import/ )
Our data is based on wordpress database structure. taxonomies, post-type, post meta. I believe custom field addons is only serialized. our support team will provide you field names. but we can’t assist bulk import service

Pre purchase question here. And, its a pretty strange question. I dont want to use your theme for a listing site. But I do want your header with the search bar. Is it possible to say location and location (so from and to) and then make the Search button link to a certain page? eg. completely different website entirely? This redirect does not have to depend on the locations. Its just a permanent redirect when that button is pressed.
If this can be done needs to be changed in the php files. Which ones are they? So I can start straight away.

The header search is an addon plugin. it’s not a default one. you need to customize php files on the “header search” addon plugin.

Nice theme but I found few bugs maybe (or maybe I dont understand):
1. When I am on http://javothemes.com/spot-test/map1-listing-filter-box-right-panel/ and click on button near Adress field, it says: “No Message” In dialog window. What it is for??
2. When I filter in advanced filter and click few items like (elevator, sofa, wifi) then after apply there are not shown what I am filtering, instead of it, there is only “Listing Amenities”.

I didn’t send you our demo link for checking my position. my position in chrome is not matter with our theme. you may need to wait that chrome fix secure issue for google map api or use ssl. We want to create a website with a directory (5000 companies in France, Belgium and Switzerland related to a specific industry) and a magazine. It seems that Javo Spot has many features corresponding to what we are looking for, but we have a lot of presales questions (sorry) to see if it can match our needs, hope you can help !
Directory 1/ We will import a database of of 5000 companies with multiple informations for each, will your theme handle that and will it perform well with that many data ? (loading time , geo localisation, etc.)
2/ Can we create specific fields for the compagnies listing (reg number, employees, year of registration) etc ?
3/ Could we use the plugin WP ALL IMPORT to import the listing ?
4/ Regarding the Vendor part : - How many products/items can be linked to the company ? - Can we upload pdf files in the product / item page ? - Can we add tags on the products/items to search them by categories ?
5/ Regarding the Events, we understand that for the moment you don’t have a calendar where to add the events, and that is with WC Vendor that you can manage the events but they are considered as products, which is not what we want. Can you recommend a plugin for an event calendar that is compatible with Javo Spot ?
Advertising 6/ Is it possible to know how many time a post or a company page, or a product/item has been viewed ? if yes, in the back office or front office ?
7/ We haven’t seen any details about banners : where it can be placed on the site, the different sizes, etc. , can you give us some infos ? will be it possible to check the number of views and clicks ?
8/ We saw in the comments that you said it didn’t support field visibility based on subscription level but that you will add some in the future (like amount of pictures, show amenities etc.) has it been done yet ?
Magazine 9/ in the test demo, the tab Magazine has no sub-menus (like Explore) will it be possible to add some ?
10/ Is it possible to add caption under the pictures ? we know that it’s a feature available in Visual Composer but haven’t seen any in your demos.
11/ Can we manage which posts is going to be featured, or bigger etc. on the magazine’s home page ?
12/ Could we use simply a po file to edit for the translation ?
13/ Is it possible to send us by email, some websites of your clients, just to see how they’ve used it and how it’s working for real ?

4. It’s not limited to listed vendor products on single listing pages. for products, you need to find a plugin for woocommerce. it’s not searchable but if you just want to have a search for vendor products, you need to find a woocommerce plugin.
5. Unfortunately we haven’t worked on compatibility for any events plugins. (we actually tried but no luck to get one)
6. We don’t have the options for it. I heard google analytics is very good for it.
7. You can add banners on any pages except some fixed templates (such as maps, listings, forms …) there is a sidebar widget area on single listings. you can add it as a widget. You need to find a plugin for checking views for banners. it’s not mostly common to have the feature in themes. find a plugin for it.
8. It has been working on and somehow it has been delayed due to another urgent issues. lava plugin team is working on it. (we can’t really promise you when it will be ready for any future plans. we wish we could.)
9. You can add some. it’s like wordpress native menu. It’s support 2nd depth level for PC, Mobile. 3rd depth for only PC for now.
10. I am not sure which images you are talking about. if visual composer supports, you can add some on “pages” (not fixed templates). there are also ultimate vc addon shortcodes. (we have included 3 free premium plugins with extended licneces. + 1 more will be added in near future)

two problem that i have 1:when i edit the listing page, there is one issue that have. i can’t use “address on the map”, when i type addresss and click find, it always showing a message said i can’t do it because i am not the author 2: on the map search page, the address type is not working, whatever i type any address or localed my location is not working, always showing a message “Please add address or you added a wrong address”, i don’t know why
