Hello there, pre-sale questions here. First of all, great looking themes!
1) How do you populate with content the Tour Item’s tabs (http://voyage.mikado-themes.com/tour-item/city-tour-lisbon/ ) ? Via Meta Boxes or via Visual Composer? . I’m asking because we need to replicate the tour-item custom post type and create a similar one for hotel-item but with different tab items in the post. Is this feasible, if so how?
2) I see the theme is running pretty slow from my location. I was wondering whether you have any speed optimizations work in mind or if you can give me some feedback on how to speed it up (could be due to your server + also slider revolutions that’s pretty heavy.. although I see that also your internal pages are slow).

1) Those are all custom fields. You are adding only that text from info part via Text Block of VC.
2) When it comes to speed, we haven’t optimized our demo site – since the idea was on showing all the features theme offers, so the content and images aren’t optimized, but our support team tests users websites individually, and give tips on individual basis to get best possible performance results.

1. Yes of course. We have used Slider with Filter here, you can just add slider instead of that.
2.Yes of course again, you just need to remove this widget we added from Right From Main Menu widget area.

Check your settings in WP admin -> Settings -> Permalinks, maybe you’ve turned on this custom structure! For more help, submit private ticket to https://mikado.ticksy.com with a link to your site and WP admin credentials.

If you want to use our theme and just to put links that are redirecting on your site around some images, that could be done.
Also, there is Raw HTML and Raw JS elements that could be added via HTML so you could insert your Html or JavaScript code .
We hope that is what you are looking for.

Hi there – just purchased your theme, really loving it so far. Have a question about the Tour Booking feature.
This feature lets you define Start/End dates for a tour. Is there a way to then list all those date ranges on the Tour Item page?
I can see it’s part of the Book This Tour sidebar widget, but it would be great to list the dates on the Tour Item “information” details (similar to how Departure Time / Return Time can be shown).

1. The only available version of online payment is via our custom payment method via Paypal, you can’t use woocommerce payment methods for this. Other option is for users just to book tours, and then you can arrange payment details on private with user.
2. Yes, you can only have slider without search box. It won’t make sense to use only search button without the fields, it’s won’t filter any results. But you can insert a button instead of search box over your slider, and link that button to the list of all available tours for example.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme!
1) There is no such possibility by default, it would require some customization.
2) When you book the tour, admin would see it as new booking like here http://screencast.com/t/MyZFpiY3NOK and then it could be approved, canceled or completely deleted.
3) Message from Book Tour form is sending only on click to Book Now button, but if tour organizer add email address in info part, then visitors could reach them via email.
4) Our booking form is implemented on tour item and it is main functionality there. Of course, by changing template, you could add some other fields, or add another form, but then you need to manage whole part to work with initial booking functionality.
5) No, there is no chat feature offered in our theme. Maybe you could achieve that with some plugin for that purpose.

We have added Slider With Filter element from Visual Composer on this page, with Revolution Slider displayed in it.

hmmm, thats it? You mean I cannot edit the title and subtitle? Both assume that the theme is being used for global tours, whereas my tours are limited to destinations in one country, therefore “Discover the world” doesn’t make sense. Nor do I wish to offer a destination field.

Of course you can edit them those are default theme labels,Voyage is translation ready, so with some software for translation ( you could use poedit software ) you can translate default theme labels into your language. Tried using polylang but the site wouldn’t render correctly, and the polylang extension to auto detect translateable strings did not detect and display those. So I edited them manually. BTW, the link to a category page looks a bit weird, for instance:
?type%5B%5D=air-rides
Would really like to remove the %5B%5D characters as I suspect Google will not like them much.

Unfortunately, there’s no possibility for changing this archives permalink structure for the moment. It looks like this because of all the add-ons we have for archive pages.
5B and 5D are actually brackets, just in unicode. We will look to improve this in the future.

After some user book the tour, you would see in backend status for each booked ticket. Status are pending, till you approve or decline it. If you choose to pay with paypal http://screencast.com/t/HcHPwddtx you would see payment status, too http://screencast.com/t/4KxieqPw1 So, this is info for admin that could further info their clients about status of their bookings. For payment methods, we implemented PayPal. We hope this would be helpful info for you.

i’ve seen the screencast, but mostly travel package rate has various prices and condition, and how if the only one price displayed not confirmed.
- is there email notification for every information update between admin and guest ? such as : change of : travel date, no. of person, prices, etc.
- and how to request payment for guest if price deals not same with website ?
- is there customer member area for every update, price change, and payment ?
ps : I’m willing to buy good travel theme to replace my old one.

1) & 3) There is no email notification when author of tour change some condition. It should be that all conditions are same like were on booking, even when prices are changed for new tickets for the future dates. But of course, since author has your email address in the backend of booking part, he could inform you through the email about everything.
2) How do you mean that the price deals are not the same? Could you, please, explain this part further more?

Customer is booking and purchasing via PayPal by price that is shown there at the moment.
So, if you want in future to change the price of your tour and to apply it on all already booked tickets, you need to contact your customers via email you have in booking status, if you want extra charge for that difference.

There is no predefined option for booking ticket for kids. Although there is option Minimum yeas required, and as you could see it is stated on tour item http://screencast.com/t/dtYFvca9Ara In this case, you are booking tickets for all persons above this age regularly. And if you leave this option Minimum years required empty, then you could indicate about gratis tickets for kids in Info part of tour item.
