I have been following your creation (Houzez theme) since the launching on Themeforest. It is eye-catchy, well cut-out design and a professional job you have done on this real estate theme. A competitive project I must say. I am already enjoying my use of Houzez theme. It is user-friendly and easy to work with.
It is good news to me concerning the upcoming new release in August, 2016. Some expected features I have been waiting to see such as Walkscore, Currency Switcher, Multi Language flag and a few others coming in your next version 1.3.0 of Houzez theme. I look forward to it.
By the way, any web link where a buyer(s) can have access to download the full DEMO.XML file of Houzez theme? I anticipated it will be included in the downloaded files here on Themeforest, to allow some of us who build offline development (using XAMPP on computer/laptop) before uploading entirely onto live hosting servers online. I realized all the demo.xml files for this theme is only accessible online. It will be appreciated if you will add a separate demo.xml file in your next update which can be used offline too.
I wish you more numbers in sales as you keep improving Houzez (real estate) theme in future.

Hi. Can I easily (via admin panel) translate all the buttons, badges, search options etc. into e.g. German without using WPML Addon? Can I use EUR as currency and m² as metrics?
Hi, It is so easy using PO language file. You only need WPML if you want to have website in more then one language. Yeah you can use EUR as currency, you can easily change from theme options and you can use m² and metrics in Theme Options

I am a little concern here. I came a few bugs and till now nothing is fixed. I am going to list them and I need this resolved asap please.
- Free Membership limits for listings it reset itself. The users can post unlimited properties, even though unlimited listings is disabled on the backend.
- When user submit a new listing without registering and does not decrease his limit when he login afterward into his account.
- When I search all types and all status I get 0 results found.
- No email notification for new submission to admin
- All properties go under pending even though this option is disabled on the backend
- Once property is published by the admin, user don’t receive any notification email.
- When user submit a new property without registering, no account confirmation received.

1. How to use multiple languages so that users can switch site language (WPML?)
2. Can currency or other measurements displayed based on language user choose?
3. How does idxbroker work with this theme? (Do all of the listings automatically pulled into theme’s database listings?)
4. Can we have a feature to enable using cloud storage instead using web server storage?
5. As a realtor when I find a list of potential properties randomly through searching for a buyer can i save the list and send to the buyer for follow up?
6. Can we design and generate a property flyer and send to buyer?
7. Can listings be added without agent?
8. Can agent claim listings?
9. Can some of the listings set to off market meaning only logged in users can view?

1. Yeah, it is compatible with WPML.
2. You can choose currency from theme options, it not change when language change but we are going to add currency switcher in next update. We are also ready for any suggest to improve it in next update.
3. you need idxbroker plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/idx-broker-platinum/ these properties not insert in database.
4. You don’t need any option for this.
5. This feature not include but i am really interested to have it, we can work with you to implement it. We need little more information about it, a example will be perfect.

we have a lot properties to be added with high quality photos. I am afraid of that web server run out space or very expensive to host media files. Do we have an option to use cloud storage for media files to be upload?
As for item 5,
When we use MLS service, we can pick and choose a few properties through searching the database and then we can send the created list to my buyers. The buyers look at the listings i prepared, they can reply me back that one or many of the properties I sent they want to make an appointment to see inside. Let me know if you understand

Thanks for the updates again and posting the road map. I still don’t see confirmation the improved search is going to include Google Maps Search. Can you please confirm and/or update the road map to state this search option will be added. Again this is the single most important search option for any real estate site. Kind of confused it has not been added yet or right from the launch.

Hi, I were wrong, i just checked property ID including in search filter but there is no field in search, I will do it for you, it is 10 minutes work, i will also include in next release with many other updates.

Hi, I want to know if your theme supports two simultanious prices for Rental Houses… 1-Mortgage 2-Monthly Rent And If it is possible that when user selects For Rent status, advanced search fields changes so that there would be the two mentioned prices?
And if the advanced search is customizable, so that there would be more sliders bars for Area range, Mortgage price range, Rent price range?

About the advanced search you can enable or disable the fields that you want to display. Can you please check and tell me if it is possible to customize advanced search the way both FIRST and Second price criteria for rental houses would be present?
I mean when user is searching for rental houses, can he/she define price range for both Mortgage and Rent?

You can set different prices from theme options, like in our search when you will select property Status For Rent you will see different price range and when select for sale, you will see different

Hi,
to translate the website in your language you have to ways.
1. Translate the .pot files included in theme languages. Before adding translations for static strings it needs to rename language files correctly according your site languages. Theme language files are located in a ../wp-content/houzez/languages/ folder. For plugins you can find the languages folder in ../wp-content/pluings/houzez-login-register/languages and ../wp-content/pluings/houzez-theme-functionality/languages. You can find a list of language codes at WordPress in your Language. As an example, the language code for English is en_EN, so you would save the translated files as en_EN.po first, then en_EN.mo. There are several ways to fill up translations. One of them if using PoEdit platform. You can add translation via editing your .po file and at the end PoEdit generates .mo file for you. Then you needs to upload ready translation files to the folders mentioned above.

Hi, I am considering buying theme and have a couple of questions. 1)When will you release wp allimport add on and will it also import the floorplans. 2)I noticed on the listing the video in mobile browser ( chrome) is really small. Also will the video plugin allow panning a 360 video from YouTube. 3) will you be adding nearby amenities on google maps such as scools , transport etc. 4)are phone numbers and email clickable on mobile in homepage header. 5)The pricing slider is difficult to use on mobile is there option to have min and max price dropdowns instead.
