I bought the theme, but I am experiencing various issues. First of all, I can’t access the support forum as for some reason the purchase code is not recognized, and second of all, I am extremely confused at the fact that there seems to be a lack of content available in the download. I am unaware if I have misread or misinterpreted something, but the only folder that is inside of the ‘content’ folder is one for an ‘accountant’ template (I presume). Moreover, after looking through the documentation, it indicates where I should be able to locate the demo pages, but upon inspection, only this folder is present.
I feel like I have somehow downloaded the wrong zip folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can’t wait for what this theme can offer! Thanks.
EDIT: Opened with WinRAR instead and re-downloaded it for the third time and it appears to be working now. Thanks regardless!

Regarding the zip file, glad you got it working. For anybody else that has a similar issue, try using either WinRAR or http://www.7-zip.org to open the zip, it appears that the default zip opener on some Windows installations are having an issue (perhaps because of the file count).

I’ve downloaded 3 times, but get a zip file error when trying to open. Also I noticed the file doesn’t have the themeforestID, template name and version like the previous BeTheme files. Please advise, I just purchased last week and looking forward to seeing the new layouts.
I just tested the download and it’s working fine for me. Can you try in a different browser. And then if there is still an error, what does the error say?
As I noted – it’s a WINZIP – ZIP FILE ERROR. “Error: Too many entries in central directory according to end of central directory info.”
Sounds like an error with the WINZIP program. Assuming you’re on Windows, try right clicking and choosing extract. If that still doesn’t work see if you have any other programs that can unzip a file. You could grab one online like 7-Zip
I use zip files and winzip constantly. I haven’t had any issues with the software. I also have a zip repair tool which was run on the file. The same error results after zip repair runs.

Great Theme, Having an issue with the top_bar on mobile views it is too small and displays the logo extremely small. Tried modifying the css but there’s so many different styles I cannot rectify. Please let me know how to increase the logo size on mobile resolution. Thanks
