I set sticky header background color white, but it’s still showing transparent.

There are two different background colors for the header and the sticky background color will be used only when the page scrolled and the header stuck to the top. For the default position there is another color set as “Colors for the Header” Can you please confirm that you are adjusting the correct color set.

Great theme! I’m just customising it now. How can I translate the contact form and its success/error messages?
And a side-note: I changed the header- and subheader background colour, but it didn’t take effect on the page with the circular slider (e.g. http://rt20-demo2.rtthemes.com/about-us/). I was able to override it with custom css (.content-row-video-overlay { background-color: rgba(246, 75, 127, 1) !important; }), but in case this is a bug and not a feature, I thought I’d let you know.

- You can change all the strings by a language file even if you are using for English. There is a free good plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and more info about it http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/translating-themes-by-using-po-files/
- The page has no sub page header. The one is a regular row with a heading text on it. You can only customize it in the page by using Visual Composer or editing the shortcode manually.

A logo with a white background is still showing the edges white inside the square where the log goes. When I change the color to white, the color does not match the logo’s white background.

There is a gradient color for the background logo image “box”. You can either use a transparent png image for the logo or put the following css code into the Custom CSS box under WP Admin -> Customize -> Custom CSS

I have a client who purchased the theme. We are trying to force all visitors to https for our site, but the RT 20 Theme has the following hard coded link to a style sheet. It is breaking the styling of the website. How can we go about making this work over https and not call the http://?

Most of the demo images are copyrighted and you need have your own license to use for your website. That’s why, we have included their links into the documentation (the main documentaion file inside the all files package) but it seems that the website we bought the licenses has been closed! We can see their authors, image titles and keywords by checking the image info since we have original versions. The images can be found in one of the other stock sites by searching with this data. So, if you send us the list of the images that you want to buy, we’ll do our best to find you an available purchase link of them. The numbers on the navigation are hard-coded but we can provide you a custom function that replace numbers with the section title. If you don’t have much sections, it’ll just work fine. Just let us know if you want that function.

Hello, congratulations for the great theme. I would need to change the word ” price” in the field and can also put letters and not just numbers. How can I do? We have options to control that price field. Please follow;
- Open the Customize - Go to Product Options -> Currency Options
then change the settings for the visibility, currency or currency position etc.
In order to change the text “Price” with anything else, you can simply translate the theme even if you are using for an English website. There is a very good, free plugin for that https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ Just install the plugin then find the text you’d like to change.
