When adding more than three subcategories to a business -then navigating to the category listing page – the design gets screwed up.

A few things: 1) we are struggling with the map center….we have set our default address but the map is centering on africa…any advice? 2) I am trying to “approve” a featured client but keep getting this message: Couldn’t approved… please contact the Administrator ! I have entered a number of combinations for the number but still keep getting this message 3) Do you have plans to add a function for uploading business listings by CSV? I have thousands of listings to add – and it will take me forever to load each manually? 4) Is there a way to access client profiles as a root user. When they call or email for support – I need to be able to access there account from a root user admin.

All that said – I like the site and look forward to pushing this live. But these are some importatnt items that I need to resolve – especially the CSV upload. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

We are having trouble with the following items: 1) The longitude and latitude in Provider Profile and not populating after the first attempt to enter the address. We have to go back and enter the info a second time to populate the longitude and latitude. I foresee this being an issue as clients start to enter their own info… 2) We are having trouble adjusting center/size of the map on the home page. We are having to minimize many many times to see even the global view. We have tried adjusting this from the admin and it is not working. Please advise 3) We are trying to adjust the logo using the size options in the admin but have been unsuccessful doing so.

We love the them!!!e – and look forward to going live with this soon. Just need a little help with some of these items.

I am very much interested in this theme, and would like to buy as soon as you folks will integrate control of payment from service providers to admin of the website (Customers payment should go to admin account then admin will transfer money to the providers account). may I know, what is your expected time to come up with this addon. My question here, how website admin will know, for which provider customer has made payment ??

Hi I further explored your demo in deep details with my programmer and designer

1) site is really heavy and slow – you should serioiusly work on speed of theme and make it lighter. I cant imagine how slow it will be on heavy traffic site with thousands of providers. Probably very slow , nearly to unusable

2 ) Contact section called “address info” on provider page is really bad looking from design point and take huge space – really I think this section should be completely reworked

3) The fact that provider can list on their page multiple services under “our services” section with different prices but user can book only one fixed service at end of provider page in “book now” section is very confusing for both – providers and their clients. If user can buy just one service than whats the point of allowing provider to list more services if user cant book them ? Its very confusing – user should be able to choose what of provider services wants to book and booking section should be able to count all selected services price and book them altogether

4) there is too much wasted space in theme – too many and too wide empty space between sections in provider page. Make it more compact with less empty space between everything would be more nice so user will not scroll to death as now :-)

5) Question: Can actually user track under his account all bookings he did, with possibility to cancel booking ?

6) Lack of custom fields that can be added by site admin to provider categories ( so when provider register, he have to fill some mandatory fields during registration process, which can be later possible for slients to use for search) and comprehensive detailed search with ability to use those custom fields is biggest drawback I see in your theme. Search is way too basic. People usually want specifiy their search so they can get only search results with only most relevat matches to their needs and this is not possible now. Now users cant specify anything in search, only very few elementary fields as country, category and city – thats simply not enough. Very detailed, weell thought out and comprehensive search function should be on such kind of theme first priority.

1. How many critical bugs do you have which will affect the site.

2. How do I edit the home page(Visual Composer/Page builder/Widgets)

2a. Is it possible to edit provider style, we want to add request a quote form in the provider page

3. Is it possible to add multiple categories in the top menu bar ? We are planning to have around 50 or more categories.

4. Does OTP provider support in Australia?

5. Does Payment options support in Australia?

6. Is it possible to add primary category to display all the vendors in the home page. For ex: electricians in the menu, clicking it will display all the vendors relating to electricians.

7. How does the payment system work? Does all payment goes to one particular acc and then is given to vendors or if the vendors are directly credited ? If the second is true how does the commission process work

8. Is it possible to book without payment, like guest booking ?

9. Is it possible to collect all the payment to site owner and then transfer it accordingly. Can i add my own API details by default in the provider details ?

4. Does OTP provider support in Australia? Ans. OTP means: At the time of booking customer has to generate one time password in order to confirm email address,so we can prevent fake booking. It will send one time password to customer email address.

5. Does Payment options support in Australia? Ans. Yes paypal and stripe both support in Australia.

6. Is it possible to add primary category to display all the vendors in the home page. For ex: electricians in the menu, clicking it will display all the vendors relating to electricians. Ans. Sorry I didn’t get this point.

But as per our members suggestion we already working on this concept so payment will be credited to admin account then admin can transfer funds to providers. It will released soon with our next updates.

8. Is it possible to book without payment, like guest booking ? Ans. Yes if provider has switch on the free booking process from his profile settings then user can book without payment. Customer can book as Guest also.

We are working on this feature so amount will be received by owner and then owner will transfer funds to providers. If you add your own API details in providers profiles then amount will be credited to your account. So you mean to say that you will enter your api details in all the providers profile.

Congrats on a good looking product. I would love to use your theme for an upcoming project – however I will need to hold off until the ‘claim listing’ functionality has been implemented.

Sidenote: My client also wishes to have provider-hosted events, charging a small fee (single ticket price) to list the event. Are you planning to bring something like this on board?

Hello. I love this theme! Thanks so much! I am currently deploying it and running into a couple of issues. I do not know which menu to pick after the demo import. I see a primary menu but it has like 6 “Home” buttons on it. Also When I try to send an email or more specifically “Request a Quote” on the providers page. It says message could not be sent. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Regarding Menu: You can create your own menu by drag and drop pages you desire and set that menu as primary under ‘Appearance -> Menu’ or select ‘Guest’ menu from pre defined menus.

there is several bug or error on the theme, how can i add country ? and city ? do you have any plugin to allow Facebook or twitter connection ?

any shortcake to display the result by category, or by city directly on custom page ?

the documentation is not clear ! and in demo data there is no page for user, with all the feature ! just pages with picture of this feature !

We have added Google Place auto fill script in signup form. So users have to enter their address and country and city field will be automatically fill up. We have given search form to fetch results by either only category or country or city and Combination of them. Your requirement is specific to display providers only by country or city on custom page with the help of shortcode. We can consider this as future updates.

I am very interested in your theme. I really need to be able to have a company set up their service areas and show up for “lawn care” in city for example. And as a package option companies could choose how many service areas they want to show up in – 5, 10 etc. and how many categories they want to be in. The more areas and categories they want to show up in the higher the cost. Would this be possible? Have never seen these features available anywhere…

1) Is it possible to import service providers by CSV files?
2) Is it possibile to enable geolocation? I mean a button to auto find the user position and show the near service providers

I’m interested in this theme for what I am doing at www.shupshup.com where I am building a list of providers over time that are ranked by customer ratings. I have a few questions. 1 – does your theme have a forms/survey option to gather customer feedback beyond a star rating? 2 – can I manually manage the star ratings in the backend and 4 – can the featured providers page rank the providers automatically based on their average rating?

Hi, on the demo and my install, the input “searchAdress” on the home didn’t work perfectly. if you enter “Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY, United States” and no category, no country and no city. we should find “richard parker” but the result is “Nothing Found”
