I am interested in buying the theme. When I view the theme on a phone there is a play button that shows up with no function. I understand smartphones do not support the video but can the button be removed for phones and the video still play for desktops?

Hey there, i´ve bought the theme and it is a very cool and clean design but i got a problem now. The visual composer is not working. I´m using wordpress 4.6 with your theme. i´ve bought and downloaded the theme 3 weeks ago from themeforest.
My problem is the following: i´ve created a new page and added new elements via the visual composer. the elements are showing up in the editor but at saving this edited page, the page is reloading and all the added vc elements aren`t there anymore. is there someone who has the same error?

Hello I purchased this theme in 2015-12-22. Visual Composer is disable it asks me to enter my item purchase code, envato username and secret API key … I did all that but I get “Invalid data. Check your information or open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com.”

The full version of visual composer is included in the theme and the theme is regularly updated with the last version of VC. It can be found in the includes/admin/plugins folder.
If you want to have access to support for this plugin and if you need auto-update, you will have to purchase a licence for this plugin.

hy I have just purchased the theme. but i got some problem with the upload. i tried it in WP, with sftp. the gallerey let me upload max size 64MB. any idea?

Just a quick question regarding Visual Composer. When I put the Post Masonry element into my grid it displays in 3 columns on the front end. I want it to display in 4 columns. Is there a way to do this?
Changing the element width from 33.3% to 25% doesn’t work and I can’t see anything in the php that may possibly need changing.

I have fixed this. For anyone else that may ever have this issue; all I did was install and activate the Child theme and then update the js_composer theme via FTP from the theme files inside tattoopro

Hello! Loving your theme. I’m having a couple issues I’m hoping you can remedy.
1. I’m trying to do a single page site. How do I control the height of the rows to match the one you’ve done in your sample?
2. The galleries on the single page site are working great on desktop, but on my phone, none of the galleries will open. It just relaunches the home page. Do you know what I can do to fix this?

Cool website! I’m a fan of old school tattoo BTW. 1. About the block, you must select the “media” option for the blocks where there is a photo to remove the padding. https://db.tt/hH0FgFdL 2. That is odd, your galleries are redirected to the home page on my side. Try to disable all 3rd party plugins, just in case one of them is causing the issue. Also, double check that you didn’t set a your home page as “maintenance page” in the theme options. I hope it will help
