Hi, I have a problem with the web design support registration. I entered my purchase code and asked to create an account. Never got the email with the password and nothing more when I try forgot password. Can’t create another account and transfer my purchase support on it because it said it is already used in another account. Username IronPmtl.
I use the same email. Is that why it didn’t send me an email? If so, could you transfer the license to TTT007 account or release it as I could do it by myself?

Hi, I am using your theme with wpml and I’ve found a bug. I am using layerslider and I’ve created three sliders for all the languages. On the homepage for the default language I can change the slider, but it also changes the slider for the other languages. I’ve clicked translate independently on the other languages but when I try to change the slider it just doesn’t change. I entered phpmyadmin and set the sliders for the corresponding pages and everything is ok, but if I edit the homepage for the default language it automatically changes the sliders for the other languages. How can I fix it?

Your PHP memory limit, execution time, upload size may be set too low. Please check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
1) Latest version of WordPress 4.3 or higher installed,
2) PHP5 or higher and MySQL 5 or higher,
3) We recommend to enable mod_rewrite module (If not enabled sometimes pages or posts will result in bad gateway error),
4) Memory limit(memory_limit) should be at-least 128MB,
5) Maximum File Upload size(upload_max_filesize) should be at-least 128MB.
6) max_execution_time equal to 600
7) max_input_vars equal to 5000
After setting up the theme requirements you met any difficulties kindly, send us your WordPress admin login and FTP Login Credentials through the right bottom form located @http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will install the dummy data from our end.

Yes if you have the pages like home, about already then the same pages will be created with slug as home2 and about2. Also the theme options will be overwritten with dummy import.

Please note that since 22 June 2016, Google requires a Google Maps API key to create a map, so you will need an API key from them ( https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key ) to use any map plugin from the market. Capture the API Key that’s generated and add it to the plugin field in your WordPress admin on the Responsive Styled Google Maps page (a new field at the top).

I am using Contact Form 7. I also use the dark theme. It’s not possible to read the text in the input field. Changing body font color to #ffffff is not working. Body text is still this grey. Changing the form background color in dark-skin.css in line 77ff has no effect on output on website.

Dummy Data is not working at all, this is pad and there isn’t an obvious way to register the template. And by the other hand they don’t respond to my complains seriously. so i sent them the following “please respond, its been long time now and no response !! despite i sent you my credentials, there was nothing done or even changed so far” hoping that they reply me by anyhow !!!

Only now you have said your issue with dummy data. When we try to access your admin dashboard, we are not able to login. We are getting the following error.
ERROR: The password you entered for the email address hany@adixxion.net is incorrect.
