Well, first of all a shortcode page is a must have, especially where you can put more of material design elements, such as

• Headings
• Tabs
• Buttons
• Forms
• Lists
• Tables
• Toggles
• Progress bars
• Column Blocks
• ...may be Accordions blocks

Then will come other pages which are very useful for us (customers), such as :
Services pages,
Faq page,
Career page
Pricing Plans page
Testimonials
....etc

This in my humble opinion, can make your template very appealing, and will hopefully lead to more sales.
