Hi, I’ve tried your support but don’t quite understand how it functions. I’ve posted last week this issue: “Hi, I’m having problems with your “Megatron Slider Container”. 1. Please check permission write file on style.min.css and style.css(depend on which you choosed on ThemeOptions menu) 2. Check variable memory_limit lower 128M or nor, if lower please increase. 3. How do i make the Sticky Menu HEIGHT bigger??
Please go to ThemeOptions >> Custom CSS & Script tab, add css: @media screen and (min-width: 992px){ .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky .x-nav-menu > .x-menu-item, .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky .header-nav-right, .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky .header-nav-left { line-height: 100px; } .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky .header-logo { height: 100px; } } then click Save & Generate CSS button. Done. Back to frontend, Ctr+F5 or remove cache to check. Thanks Note: change 100px to value as you want.
I do not recommend this template, unless you want a lot of frustration on dealing with the Support team, a lot of problems with installing Demo data, a lot of changes in CSS even for a basic colour scheme and with Visual Composer crashes ALL OF THE TIME. I have requested money back after lots of frustration and I was told that: “But after 4 months used my theme, now you want refund, that is fair for us?” The general attitude of Support is rude, and not sorting out your problems. I can’t believe that Envato Market doesn’t stand behind their customers and send you to deal directly with the template authors, without a proper check of who is right or wrong. I am very disappointed with this product. Thank you.

Is there anything I can about the admin area updating so slowly. There is a 1-2 second delay with everything I do when editing pages and updating the page takes 30-40 seconds. It’s more than a little frustrating. It can’t be down to the server which is Cloud Based and fast.

This is really cool theme. I have one question before I’ll buy it. I checked this them on http://themecheck.org/score/wordpress-theme-megatron.html and it show really important warning for me: “Text domain : Incorrect use of translation functions. More than one text-domain is being used in this theme. This means the theme will not be compatible with WordPress.org language packs. The domains found are g5plus-megatron, woocommerce, meta-box, redux-framework, tax-meta.” So, I need to translate theme to Russian language. So is it possible to translate it via Poedit or Codestyling Localization plugin, or it’ll be able just when I change php code of load_theme_textdomain? Maybe you can describe how to do that? P.S. sorry for possible mistakes in English

I couldnt reset my password from ur support center. I have a problem with theme. Makes me mad. After wordpress updated thumbnail happened generated in portfolio. I dont want thumbnail images. I always use direct image url. Like abc.jpg but now happen like that, abc-585×585.jpg Look at the last portfolio item and the other. U will see different image size.

I fixed it. I changed UPLOADS Directory with plugin. Usaly i do it from wp-config file but after wordpress update didnt work properly and i fix it with plugin.

I mean wordpress generate thumbnail file necessary. 585×585 dimension. I change upload directory and wordpress dont generate thumbnail now.
Thanks for your fixed. I want to tell you mechanism of my theme: At tie you upload image, my theme doesn’t generate image to any size. When have requests => if images exist(which size choosed) => not generate. In case not exist => my theme will generate new image(exactly size you want). With mechanism above, your resources will reduce.

Secondly, I want the page titles disabled for all my pages and single product pages. How can I do this sitewide?
I also noticed when I turn it off on individual product pages, the navigation and content touch each other with no space in between. How can I get around this without adding space between the navigation and the slider on the homepage?

Hello, the colors are not changing in the home page. In the styling option menu is the right color, but the page displays the standard theme one (different from what is set in the styling option).
