Is there anyway to disable PageLoader?
Unfortunately, the loader always displays. You can disable the Preload Images option in Theme Options -> Page -> Page Options so the loader will show just a second before showing the content.

The team members slider always stretches to full the container width. You should change the width of the row container, edit the row then change the “Content Width” from “Full Width” to “Default”.

Try disabling the Smooth Scrolling feature in Theme Options -> Page -> Page Options to see if works.
You can find the function “parallaxSection” at the bottom of the file “js/page.js”. The parallax speed based on the height of the row container. However, we do not recommend you to edit any theme file because your changes will be lost when you update the theme.

Unfortunately, that is an Image Carousel element from Visual Composer plugin, it always plays one by one slide. Please use the Vela:Clients Carousel element instead so it will work as you want.

You can enable it in Theme Options -> Header -> Transparent Header.

I see a big problem is on slider. When you enable Custom Grid Size on mobile/tablet devices, you can set the font size and text position for these devices separately, see more on Custom Grid Size -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#custom-grid-sizes
For the heading “P?i vstupu do kurzu exkluzivn? získáváte”, because you’re using H1 to display it so it’s too large on mobile. You should change the Element option from H1 to H2 to fix this issue.

You don’t need to activate this product since it has no activation option for this theme. The one that is current displaying is a Visual Composer plugin option, you don’t need to activate it, just ignore it. You can normally use this plugin without registering a purchase code.
If you can’t update this plugin please remove it from your Plugins page first. After you delete it, you will see a notification message to install the new one that came bundled with the theme.

However, I am not able to create different portfolios with different content. Is this even possible?
When I add a category, it will appear in all portfolios. It seems this applies for new pictures too.

Actually, the portfolio post works like a blog post. You can set the category for each portfolio post, and group them by category.
You can create several pages for showing different portfolios. When you add a Vela:Portfolio element, click on Build query then add a category name into Taxonomies field so it will display only items in this category.
Love the theme! But I am unable to identify if 1.6 is the latest version. AND, Visual Composer just doesn’t work! 
The latest update of this theme is 1.8.7 as you can see on the product details page. If you usually update the theme by using Envato Toolkit plugin, please download the theme manually in Downloads tab on ThemeForest since this plugin was no longer work. Also, we’ve provided new method on updating the theme in the new update of documentation by using Envato Market plugin instead, please follow the instructions in documentation.

Hi, I tried to run the update for the theme using the Envato Toolkit and during the process it got interupted. Now my site is stuck in a loop trying to load. I am able to access everything on the backend. I assume when the process was interupted something got messed up. I’m unsure of the best next step. Please advise if possible. Thanks, Cat

Please use the Envato Market plugin instead of Envato Toolkit plugin. We’ve update our documentation on how to update the theme. You can download the new update in the Downloads tab on ThemeForest. Choose “All files & documentation”. Extract the main download zip file, you will see the new update of our documentation. Please follow the instructions in our documentation to update the theme.

Thank you for the quick response. I have installed Envato Market plugin and it shows the theme as being up to date. (i.e no option to update and shows me at version 1.8.7) At this point should I just try to do a manual update? Would that erase any settings I have made in the current theme?

Hi, so I tried doing it manually through wordpress. (deactivated, deleted and then uploaded current version) Same issue the loading/progress icon just keeps spinning. I switched to maintenance mode and tried a different theme and those loaded. I was behind a version maybe 2 when I updated. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! -Cat design-cat.com
The latest update of this theme is 1.8.7. Then please make sure you’re using the latest update of Visual Composer 4.12 that came bundled with the theme. If you couldn’t update this plugin, please delete it from your Plugins page first. After you delete it, you will see a notification to install a new one.
Also, if you have any other plugins, maybe there was a plugin conflict on your site, try to deactivate them one by one to see if it works.

I’m not seeing a way to edit the google map address. When I edit using the traditional way I tried editing the gmaps=” ” address but no luck. Is this normally done in visual composer? I did create and apply a google API key.
You’ll need to edit it with Visual Composer, so you will see the options to edit the address and your location on Google Maps. Try it with Backend Editor.
I was able to modify the address using backend editor. The map seems to load for a split second then errors out: Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
nvm I think I got it working. It was an issue with the URL format specified in the API key.
Sure, that is a Google Maps API issue, there was something wrong on your API key, please check your API key in Theme Options -> Google Maps. If it still doesn’t work, you can re-generate your Google API key and use a new one instead.
When I try to edit a page using visual compose, it just hangs with the visual composer logo and never loads. Here’s an example screenshot I found in a google search: http://imgur.com/EbrWrd5
Sounds like there was a script error while loading the content to edit. I suppose there was some plugins do not support Frontend Editor. Try to deactivate other plugins one by one to see if it works.

Also, you can edit your page with Backend Editor instead. We always use the Backend that’s faster than Frontend.

The latest update of the theme (1.8.7) comes with the latest update of Visual Composer (4.12) but you’re using 4.9. Try to update this plugin to see if it works. If you couldn’t update this plugin, you’ll need to delete it from your Plugins page first. After you delete it, you will see a notification message to install the new one that came bundled with the theme.
Plus, after saving/update button, it redirects me to the home page, instead of a reload.
We’ve never seen this issue before so we suppose this is a Visual Composer issue since you’re now using 4.9 that is out of date and contains security issue and is not compatible with WordPress 4.5.x.
Also, the latest update of the theme comes with the latest update of Visual Composer so if you’re using the latest update of the theme you should update this plugin to the latest update too.
