Hi it’s a nice theme! I have some questions before buying it.
1. try to book a package, can’t see the after book now because there is no available day on the test – does it link to Paypal?
2. after booking, customer will receive all booking information including booking number. etc..
3. customer can check their booking history by login?
4. can I edit the booking form? I need the options: adult: and child:
5. is it possible to a quick look at the admin area?..
6. I will use translate plugin, any recommended one?

Thanks for interesting in our theme!
1) Yes, the booking could be payed with PayPal. There is option to enable PayPal in our theme options. It looks like this on the page http://screencast.com/t/ufAM4XZqM
2&3) No, there is no email confirmation, but registered customers will be able to see their bookings in My Bookings page.
4) The booking form takes the default form with predefined options we implemented. If you want to add some other fields, you need to modify template and function for booking.
5) No, there is no option for that, but if you reach us here support@mikado-themes.com we could provide you some screenshots.
6) Our theme supports multi-language and translations. You can use WPML plugin for that purpose since we integrated compatibility for it.

Hi – great looking site. Can the tour and travel packages can be disconnected? I am a custom tour creator and do not sell pre-packaged tours. The site will be used to suggest options, but no pricing, no dates. Can the site be customized that way?

Thank you for the kind words and taking interest in our theme. If you want you could hide some parts with custom css, such as booking form (“Book this tour”) for example. On that way, only info part could be accessed without possibility to book any tour.

1. We haven;t tested this plugin with our theme, so can’t answer about this one. Everything in our theme is custom created, tours are custom post type, and all the options for them are custom made , so we don’t know how will this import work.
2. There’s no default element in Visual Composer for displaying tour categories like we have for destinations, but you can use default Image Gallery element, where each photo will represent one category, and you can link them to category archive pages. So you will basically have the same layout like the one for destinations.
3. Unfortunately, we have only integrated Paypal payment method into our theme, for online payment.
4. Unfortunately, this is our default booking function, and there’s no easy option to change it. You would need to customize the functionality on your own.
5. There are no restrictions in tour items number by default.

I have some specific questions related to some functionalities:
1. Is it possible to see the admin area..?
2. Some of the tours my client wants to offer have optional additional services. Would it possible to customise the tours from the front-end, as a visitor, include or exclude options in order to build a tailored tour (within the options available under each tour)?
3. On the single tour page, under the MAP tab …would it be possible to display a route (instead of just a pin) with all the stop-overs that are included in the tour?

2. There’s no default option for it. You could either create several tours that will include different services and have different prices, or one tour, and then, in info section to write the available features, and users can type in a message part of booking for which they are interested in.
3. You can enter up to five addresses for each tour http://screencast.com/t/8hwNWXBhXCmo and map will have up to five pins. Unfortunately, the exact route can’t be displayed.

I’ve been looking in to your amazing template (congrats it looks very good) and I am feeling tempted to buy it. I am currently running a business for tours and I would love to improve my website layout and user experience through your template. Though, I have some questions to make first about some issues related to the needs of my project. The essence of my business is selling tours and outdoor activities through a booking process in multiple destinations of just one country for now but I will be not selling any material products.- I can see on the demo template that it only possible to buy one tour at a time. The shopping cart is only for products not tours. In my case, the tours that I am selling are very sheep ones and I would like to give the possibility to buy multiple tours in one purchasing act. Is this feasible? – Using the shopping cart to collect the buying of multiple tours for one single purchase process (like it happens for products)?
- Can be possible to differentiate tours from activities for two distinctive areas in the website but obaying to the same internal search engine and categorie list?
- Most of my tours have the conditions of a specific number of participants and a maximum number as well. Is this possible to configure? If so, setting a minimum and maximum number of pax, will the booking box of the tour assume automatically the minimum value for participants as a starting point and as well the maximum number of participants as the end number of participants?
- Gap for booking – my tours and outdoor activities will bee running everyday so I don’t need to check the availability of the tour. Is it possible to eliminate this function from the booking box and booking process?
- Also I need to set up a reserve time to make the booking available. I would need to define 24h for a gap for the booking to be available, because I can not accept bookings on the same day. I can accept bookings for the next day but they can not be booked like 23:55 pm, so it is really important to set this gap in hours. Is this possible?
- Is it possible to have different blog contributors with different profiles?
- Is it possible to have partners accounts, for the ones that I am promoting the tours, where they can manage their own info of their tours/activities or add new tours activities?
- Is it possible to put multiple e-mail contacts in one partner for the communication of new orders?
- The user account allows a track record of the purchased tours?

Thanks for your interest in our theme.
1. Unfortunately we don’t have such cart feature for our tours.
2. Yes, that can be done. You can group your tours in categories, and show them on separate pages, but the search can be used for all available categories.
3. Yes, Those are the available tickets. For each tour, you define number of tickets available – for how many users can buy that one tour. That’s what’s used when checking availability.
4. Unfortunately, there’s no option for omitting this, you would need to change our booking functionality for this. But exactly that check is being used for the tickets number, that you mentioned above.
5. Only possibility would be for you to write some note on your site about the rules, we don’t have this gap feature in our theme.
6. You can register multiple Authors for your site, and they would all be able to write their blogs, and you can have a page – archive, with lists of posts from that author only.
7. Unfortunately, we don’t have such possibility. Only site administrator can publish and manage tours, you would need to create more Administrators for your site for someone else to be able to write tours as well.
8. Unfortunately no, like mentioned under 7, we don’t have multiple vendors/partners possibility in our theme for tours.
9. Each site visitor can see his booked tours in his profile. And site admin can see them all of course.

Wow, great theme. I am interested in purchasing, but I need users to be able to create ads on their own. So they can offer local tours themselfs. Is it something you can consider in the future? Or, something you can customize?

Hey. I have a little problem. In the setting of the theme does not apply color. Specifies the color of the level 1 menu and the spinner, but it does not work (Whichever color I did not indicate on the site is red). I also set a theme on your local machine, install the demo content and tried to change the settings there, but the result is the same.
Of course, I can specify a color through custom css, but why write extra code if it is provided in the settings.

These settings work by default. Could you please check if some Header Skin is maybe set under Mikado Options -> Header and in the specific page settings? Cause for example there may be chosen Light or Dark header skin and you are trying to set colors for default one. Could you please clarify regarding departure time of the tour? Will I be able to add more than 1 departure time for user to select? For example the tour daily departures times are 9am, 11am, 1am etc.?
Would be great if you could provide access to the admin panel, it is theme with booking system after all, and every one has own requirements. Screenshots wouldn’t answer all the questions

I really love this theme. I am working on a destination website, we will be providing tours but we will not be providing any price or booking options.
Questions below:
1. How easy will it be to not incorporate the pricing? 2. Is it just a field that I leave blank in the admin area? 3. Do the prices (Low to High & Hight to Low) automatically show up? If so can those be deactivated? 4. Can the search area be customized so that the “When” (date/calendar) option is removed? 5. Basically I just want to be able to showcase beautiful destinations with no booking or price features.

We provided one field for price which you can see here http://screencast.com/t/Qo5rtU7DXd if you leave that field empty price won’t be visible and we can send you a bit of custom css code to hide all labels connected to prices if you want. When it comes to Booking Options again we provided a option to add Booking Tour Periods, but if you don’t add any of them visitors will not be able to book tour items.

1) Can the tour booking be done through woocommerce ( I cannot use Paypal because the website will be in india and paypal wont support INR currency) 2) If not is it in you road map, what is the ETA 3) If not will you do this as a custom change for me ?

There is the option to write a review for some tour like on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/5kARumjNxSdd So, you can leave there some text, but there is no option for customers to leave there some photos. This will require custom modifications. Unfortunately, we have not tested any plugin with this functionality with Voyage theme in order we can recommend it to you.
