Is there any chance to update this theme include BuddyPress with provider chat option? also, Can admin pay provider via paypal after deducting the admin fee?

For now we do not have plan to include buddy press chat system for now… To pay provider via paypal will be in our to do list in future but not for now.

Hi guys, my agency purchased the theme and I was commissioned to install it. I followed your installation instructions included in your theme’s online documentation. After doing the three steps and assigning Home 3 as the Front Page, the site never shows demo providers, nor the map let me select county or city. If I enter a Goople Maps API key for JavaScript, the error even got worse. because not even the world map is shown. I am very dissappointed with your installation process, really.
Please provide me with a good installation material. Please include the demo data, cause we need to present the site as it appears in your original demo. You can email your answer to the email address of the buying account (Ideaworks) or you can answer to me.

Providers data is not included with demo data as its real time data which website owner has to enter. In order to generate Google Map API key properly you should follow these instructions: http://aonetheme.com/demo/documentation/Google-Map-API-Setup.html
Please make sure you added referral url in google console in correct format and Google Place API Web service is enabled. If still you have problem please contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com
how to insert a captcha form on the user registration page
There is no option to insert captcha in sign up form automatic. You need to modify code in order to insert captcha.

Hello I am having such a hard time to work with this template. I still don’t see any of the pages of the demo like the demo. I don’t know if it should be this way but normally when I work with other templates the demo pages are like the demo pages in their demonstration websites. I am using such a long time trying to figure things out there is not enough information in the documentation.

I was able to set Guest Menu as primary. Thank you. Where is this instruction in the documentation? Where in the documentation you say that the primary menu needs to be set as Guest Menu?
Also It seems to me that the pages like booking and provider profile in the demo are jpg images how are we going to implement that? Where in the documentation says how to configure the profiles? Where in the documentation we set someone as provider? I still don’t have any idea on how I am going to implement all the features like for example stripe and booking. I do’t know where you mention it in the documentation. Can you please tell me where I can find the instructions? I will appreciate your help.

My client purchased this theme and in signup form we can’t able to insert city and country.
He contacted 3 times and you guys giving same reply.

We have already setup google map API key. Please check in view source. Map api key is already working and also enabled in console.
So why can’t we able to not add city and country. You replied before that it will be auto filled when you add address. But nothings working.

At the time of signup provider can select one category but after successful signup provider can select more categories from his profile settings.

Yes we have identity check feature.. So admin can ask provider to upload identity proof so admin can verify.
hi, homany payment methods are there in the theme i would like a method that custumers will pay direclly to the service providers. and the service providers will pay me to be present in the website. Is this the way it work? if not is there a way to make it the way i desire?
Hi,
There are three payment methods available: 1) Paypal 2) Stripe 3) Bank Transfer, Bank transfer option only works for booking payment. There are two options available in theme to accept booking payment: 1) customer can directly pay to admin or customer can directly pay to provider… If you want provider pay you then it will be handle manually. Provider sign up fee will be credited to admin account directly.

There is a service area which service provider need to fill in zipcode. Can you explain if we can disable it or what is this functionality for? i do not see a need in this zipcode because zipcode is very restrictive to just one small area. It should be by state or city or area (text) so that it covers a wider area
Yes you can disable zipcode restrictions or you can add regions.
