I’m having problems getting the side menu to work in chrome, its works fine in IE however as soon as I click it the button to open it in chrome is does nothing, any help?

Hi again Thomas, most possibly you have some local problem, could you please write your browser and os version? We have tested on latest version of chrome and it works great. You can try to update you chrome and if that wouldn’t help please provide your site wordpress login and password via this contact form.
I have checked on a couple of computers and it has the same problem, I’m having this problem with Chrome Version 53.0.2785.89 m (64-bit)
Unfortunately we can’t reproduce the same error, and seems to us you are using not latest version of chrome. I just purchased this theme but it won’t install…it unpacks but then says this:

Hi, thanks for choosing our theme. The main zip file with the theme in another zip file with documentation demo content etc, so first thing you need to do is unpack downloaded zip file in your pc, then upload rscard.zip file to WordPress. Let us know please if you still have questions with that.
Any way to support a space in the Logo Name?

Hello! I’m thinking of purchasing this theme, but while I was exploring your live demo I think I found a bug in portfolio section. Talking about “Robert Smith” CV now: if I choose portfolio category before pushing “More” button I can see 2 pictures in each category (and the button “more” isn’t shown), but if I push “More” a couple of times first and then choose a category – I can see 6 and 3 pictures in the categories…That means if I want to see all pictures in the particular category I need to preload them all and only then choose a category. This seems quite… Unconvinient.
And also, may I ask, if some new types of posts like “Link post” are going to be added in the future? Thanks.

I hope, your realisation of portfolio won’t have such problems, because now it looks really nice at the first glance but feels a bit broken when using =(

There is a problem with your Child Theme and plugin installation. If you activate just the child theme and proceed to install any of the required plugins, this error appears:
“Downloading install package from /public_html/wp-content/themes/rs-card-child/inc/plugins/advanced-custom-fields-pro.zip…
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”
I assume that the URL just needs to be updated to look in the Parent theme for the files, not the child as shown above.
I can manually install them one by one, but this should be addressed for future users.

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible, in the settings or options of the theme, to add an additional “Download Resume” button, so that I can have 2 Download Buttons instead of one (English & French Resume). Ideally, to have the buttons side by side. I tried using short code, I might be doing it wrong but I cannot seem to get them side by side. Appreciate any help! Thanks!!

I have some problems with Google Maps and profile photo. Google Maps: I have recaptcha secret and recaptcha key, I’ve verified coordinates and it still doesn’t work. I havent found anything about it in Documentation (like you have written below) and don’t what to do next.
Profile Photo – No matter how good photo I’m sending, template reduce it to low-quality photo.

Most common reason for google map issue is that people usually generate the key with errors. Any way we will review and will let you know. Hi there, recently purchased your theme. Everything is installed and working great, but I am seeing the last two ‘work experience’ items in the wrong order. I checked your http://rscardwp.px-lab.com/ site and see the same thing: UBEAR and HEADBOOK are in the wrong order. I tired to switch the order in the page settings, but while that works for desktop, it makes the order wrong for mobile. Is there a way to fix?
Hi, thanks for choosing our theme. That’s a good question which require clarification. In mobile version order for experience section boxes will be shown starting from left to right. However in desktop version if in your left column you have more text then in right column, then the dots in vertical line will be as in our demo. As solution you need to keep text in right and left columns equal. Let us know if you will have more questions. Thanks
I’m seeing the same name issue as curtezriggs but only in chrome – Looks like chrome is changing the width of the logo area with the width of the screen. Even if I go to your linked example in chrome I see the issue.
Unfortunately we need to keep some limitation for logo area. If your name doesn’t fit in logo area you can use image instead. Please feel free to contact us in case if you will have more questions.

Hi, thanks for choosing our theme. We have added name in the theme header logo area and it fits fine. Just make sure that there is no spaces after the name. Other option is to write your name in image editor and save it as an image.

In documentation in “menus” section you can see the following note :
“If you want the navigation to be like in our demo theme, you have to add custom link from left, add the url of your homepage to “url” field and add the section name with # before, which you want to scroll to, when clicking the menu item, like on example image above.”
So when you edit homepage and create section, you should specify section name – “menu id” field, for example if “Professional Skills” section have “skills” in “menu id” field, then you can add http://www.tosinmatti.com/#skills custom link to your primary menu and it will scroll to appropriate section.

I’ve just reviewed your website http://danielegallo.net and it seems you didn’t add other menu items to your menu – you should add other links to menu. In documentation in “menus” section you can find instructions which will help you to do it.

I can’t add any links because I have only one page (home) where there are all the sections visible. In documentation I have found this:
“Menu Creation
To create a menu, go to Appearance > Menus from the admin panel. Click on “Create a new menu.” Enter a name for your menu, and then click on “Create Menu”.
Every page that you’ve created up until now will be listed in the section on the left called Pages. Simply check the ones that you want added to the menu, and then click on the “Add to Menu” button. Once added, you can click and drag the menu items to rearrange them, or nest them one under the other.
Underneath the menu items, under the section Menu Settings, check “Theme Main Menu” and click “Save Menu” in order to activate the menu you’ve just created. You should now have a functional menu on your pages.”

Hi, For updating new theme just go to themeforest your downloads section and then download all files and documentation. Unzip that file and find rs-card.zip which you need to install instead of old theme. Then go to you wordpress admin panel and open Appearance -> Themes -> find rs-card and deactivate it and then remove it. Add new downloaded theme(rs-card.zip) and install it. We recommend you to remove plugins as well, theme will offer you install theme automatically. Feel free to contact us in case of any question. Good luck!
Will I lose my current work and formatting??
No, you will not loose your content, it kept in database, so if you just remove the theme and reinstall it again you will not loose your work.
