1. Can this theme be customised (easily) for non-real estate directories?
2. If it can be customised for non-real estate are the ‘facilities’ part of a listing custom fields? If they are can more be added? Can custom fields also be linked to their own category taxonomy pages?

Hi, I installed this theme and used opal-Import to setup demo content but I am having some difficulties to customise the theme.
1: Under Appearance>Customize>General Settings: I am changing Copyright text but it is not changing, no mater what I type, it still showing as default text as Copyright © 2016 – Fullhouse – All rights reserved. Powered by WordPress.
2: On front-end when logged in as subscriber/user, you get drop-down menu for user. when clicked on my properties it is not showing my properties but instead going to submit new property. Where do I change the url or link for that drop-down menu?
3: On property page list SORT BY is not having any affect. sort by Price ascending or Price descending doesn’t work.
I have read document but couldn’t find what I was looking for.

Hi, thanks I have fixed 1 & 2. For #3 SORT BY you can see your demo it is same. you can’t sort order by lowest price first or highest price first.

Membership Packages when you create or edit, number of properties & number of featured properties can’t be different. For example #properties 10 and #featured properties 5 can’t be done. Both are always same. On result it will show both as 10.

About to buy, an important question:
1. I use “Visual Composer” to change or add background to sections that support the Carousel “for rent or sale latest?”. This is so that the template is not so white and can add more contrast to the display. (Using background color or image)
2. I can add to the head or slider, a form of floating contact?
3. There are more options for “slider” or “carousel” for “featured”?

hi guys – theme looks great. I’m setting up a property portal mainly using imported xml feeds so have couple of questions 1) can I assign xml imports to agents or estate agencies on import – so the xml properties are automatically listed under the relevant agent 2) Memberships – can I set up membership packages for estate agents then import the xml into the agents membership package – ie I set up XYZ agent with package 2 which allows 50 properties per month. XYZ agent sends me xml feed with 200 properties. Will the import cut off after the first 50 imports? 3) we’re creating a magazine along with portal and I see visual composer is included- Are there different areas on home page to display blog posts etc 4) We need to monetise the site with banner ads – are there various widget options to display ads. ie in sidebar, property detail, search results etc – as sidebar, above & below post for example. Think that’s it for now – many thanks and good luck
