Hello. One question: Why your theme comes without Revolution Slider?

I install the create building theme and I add the sample data in both ways: as shown in your documentation and from appearance -> import demo data and in both cases I got the Events section and not the Portofolio.

And second question is how can I remove the sidebar for a full width layout?

I cannot get this theme to install demo correctly. Very disappointing. Please send a refund for this template.

Very disappointed with this theme, slider and editor do not function not sure about the rest of the features as i’ve not tested.

The demo looks great but doesn’t use the tools available so unable to edit. I have bought 55 themes from TF and this is the very first time I have requested a refund!!

Could you please provide the required plugins for this theme? The default plugins such as Slider Revolution is missing.

I’ve purchased “Create & Building WordPress Theme” and wanted to edit my Home Page but I see infinite loading (logo animation) when opening Frontend editor. I have already purchased and installed Visual Composer plugin but it doesn’t works fine with the theme. Is there any change or special set I have to do in order to make it work? I have Wordpress version 4.6.1 and Visual Composer version 5.0

We had requested a refund from over a month or so ago. The theme would not work properly for our client and we had to set up their site using another theme. What is the status on our refund?

Hello, I have problems with the theme : “create & build” which I have buy. Visual composer does not work. Finally the module has a preloader which turns non-stop. I uninstalled the modules from create & build and this theme. i have unactived all another plug-ins… You indicate in the documentation that you should not update plug-ins from the theme. also i have reinstall the theme and verified that only the plug-ins from create & built are installed and the problems is always present :/

I also have to buy licenses of visual composer. i have WordPress 4.5.3

How do you download or import the demo content?

Good day dear, I have two problems. The visual editor in frontal mode does not load, it is white transparent screen carrying and never opens.

the second problem is that the visual editor the default screen is not showing up the figures, it is as codes. Example: I imported the demo with demostrnação pages when it was home to edit the visual editor to open, but is everything as codes. I would like your help please.
