Solved it. The quick and dirty solution is by putting the following code in custom CSS in Theme Options:

Hi, you shoud do a lot of fixes with your theme. Framework in your them is too old and has a lot f bugs, mailchimp form does not work correct with latest mailchimp plugin, a lot of database warnings and errors because of framework db class. This theme is really great and I’m really ask you to do some work to make much better. p.s. I’m a freelancer who is trying to use this theme on your buyer’s website

Conected the developer on their support email They told me it works on their local server. After I sent them a link of their demo they stopped replying.

I mentioned earlier how this theme is a pain to work with and whats even more shocking is this is from an Elite Author. Their documentation is out of date and shortcodes provided for stuff like newsletter no longer work. We had to put over 10 hours of tweaking and editing and updating their messy code to make things work. Below is what I emailed as well, I am glad their support thing makes a tciket so that way I don’t have to retype my question!
I am having an issue with all archive templates, such as categories, tags etc. Lets just pick on the category page for now, if you click older posts it just refreshes. Which means the pagination is BROKEN. You can test this on your demo as well. Please advise on how to fix the pagination because this is a broken theme if that doesn’t work.
Another issue I have encountered is while on the homepage if you keep clicking load more, it won’t load posts without featured images eventually. What do I do to make it load posts without a featured image as well??

The pagination has serious issues on all archive pages.

Hello, i’ve correctly created the home page like your ‘full width style’. But after the change of the main logo (using ‘customize’ section), the slideshow is disappeared and the page starts with a huge blank section before the content. Is there a way to solve?

Legitimately have spent 10 hours trying to make this theme work. I read every instruction provided, using my more than basic knowledge of coding, and I can’t even figure out how to change the accent colour. I don’t even want to customise it heavily.
I just want to: - remove background accents - have posts gridded with no excepts – this seems impossible unless you use the ugly theme composer ones - have the masonry layout lock in a rectangle shape, which is apparently impossible. - be able to create the three page image links - have a black/white/grey colour scheme, no brown - hide tags, dates and authors - customise the loading page with my logos - Have features images be the 1st image on the post.
I was able to do this with an older theme, within 30 minutes, it just looked outdated and I had it since 2012 and I thought this would be cleaner.
I cannot use this on my site, it is far too difficult. I was wondering how I would go about requesting a refund.
Sorry. Please let me know how I can go about this. This is a theme for an expert coder. A lot of work needs to be done. And I feel like you have to hunt down the theme elements and short codes than have the easily accessible.

Thanks! I also want to add, my skimlinks account – affliate linking – no longer works and the code in the footer where it was meant to be placed (above ) no longer exists, as it has done with previous themes the last 5 years. Any suggestions?
