I bought this theme a month ago and still have not been able to get it to work on my site. Trying to get a refund for the theme so I can get one that works out of the box.
I have been using themes from Theme Forest for a long time ago and this one is really disappointing as it looks like it would be amazing if it worked.
Support is not available when its says its during their hours. Why do you have support if you don’t work with your customers on satisfaction.
There are plenty of other great themes out there I can choose from…
The problem I get is a “fatal error” which allows me to import the theme but will not display the theme settings for me to customize.
They send a generic reply to all their customers that put in a questions, thats not customer service. Not to mention that you are always offline even during business hours and even though I have the selection checked for “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” I do not get an email when they reply.
So either I am constantly checking back to find the resolution or get side tracked and more time is wasted.
Please credit me for the theme that I purchased and that does not work.

We are very sorry for your concerns. We are always willing to support customers efficiently, which was recognized by all customers we helped. Yet, our geographical location is different from yours. Thus, we can not make sure that we can reply you promptly.
You get this error because the plugin you installed conflicts with our noo-umbra-core plugin. Our web developer fixed this issue and we will release the new version today.

Still nothing… Does not work. I feel like you are wasting my time and money. Before you asked me for access to my admin panel to help me. What is your help when you give me links and prtsc all the time. Just go to cms panel and change what is broken… I dont understand why my problems can not be sorted since few weeks… I am not web programmer, and many things are just incomprehensible for me – that is why I bought theme with support !

We asked you to give us your FTP account information for many times so that we can help you check and fix the issue; however, you did not send it to us. We checked our site and could still receive emails. There are not any customers who complain about this problem. We are always willing to help customers fix their issues and they always give us their FTP account. Please feel free because we do not share or reveal your account information. We have allready 3 months like you are trying to help but even access I gave you is not enough to get your help. Why you want access if you are not fixing anything, and instead of that you send me links to “how to do”? Is it that support you offer while customers buy your products?

I am very sorry that your issue has not been solved yet. You sent the account to me however, I can not log in your account to check your code.
You can ask your hosting provider. Why we can not log in your hosting account. maybe your server has blocked our IP or our country. Please check that.

Again have a problem. Contact form is not working, notifications from orders doesn’t come either. Author gives me link to forum where somebody have the same problem but nobody gave a solution – is it the way support should work??? – I don’t think so. Iam playing with NOOTHEME problems since two weeks and still dont see a chance to start my bussiness because there is no proper support… If you dont have a time to help people who pay you for your product then do not sell it or give money back. I need shop working !!!

Hi there, I purchased the theme but the purchase code is not recognised/valid when trying to validate with the visual composer and slider revolution plugins for some reason. Please help.

You can use the two plugins freely without having to validate because we have the licenses for you to use the plugins with our theme. The validation on these plugins only helps you get automatic update function and seek support from the plugins authors.
About the purchase code you have, it’s the purchase code of our theme so it’s normal that it won’t work with these plugins.
