Hi, I purchased the Delphinus Shopify theme last week, theme is amazing but i found some issues…
1- When i click on “MY CART” top right, the drawer opens up as it should be but if i have more than 2 items in there, there’s no way to scroll down to the check out tab.
2- If i wanna use the other option where i open the cart page instead of the drawer, when i click on “MY CART” the drawer opens up blank, there’s no way to open the cart anywhere…
These are major issues as it will make the customer leave without buying… Do you guys have any solutions for this? or am i doing something wrong? Please advise!
Other issues;
3- Whenever i select a different variant that has a different price, the amount of that variant does not update on the product page, but i refresh the page, the price updates itself but the options get back to default…
4- On the product page, is there any way to have the name of the colors instead of a square with the actual color?
Also, i have different pictures set up for different variants and the pictures don’t change when different variants are selected.
I also need to know how to remove your language option in the top left corner so i can put Langify instead.

It’s been 9 days since our initial request for support and 6 days since we sent you an invite to access our admin account and still no news or support from you guys…
WHAT’S THE HOLD UP?!?
With the lack of support (none) and the time that’s passing by we can’t sit around and wait another week to have some sort of help.
We decided to give another theme a try so we can move forward with our website. We went ahead and purchased your Brilliant theme… a much better version with far less issues! But we still need some support for a few issues.

thank you for this shopify theme. I do have a few questions regarding the use of the theme:
1. Slider
I would like to add a simple button on the right side of my slider, how can I do this?
2. Custom fields
Is it possible to have a section with HTML or just a text field, where I could add a Heading and an image?
3. Section collections CTA Intro
This section has a field with text below the Products and image, I tried to remove the text in this field – now I have a big, white “space”. How can I remove this? I would like to have the products + images only.
Could you help me please?

4. Product page – Tabs and Colors
I would like to add custom tabs instead of “shipping”, is this possible? I saw that I can change the title to something else, but this will show the new tab on every product page.
For example; I would like to have a tab called “Safety” for my Product A, for another Product B I would like to use a different tab called “Sizes”.
5. Products showing Section collections CTA Intro
I have one product in 6 different colors, how can I add the different colors inside my collection to show it in this section?
6. Product Color
I added color as a product variant but I’m not able to change the color that’s showing inside the collection. How can I change this?
7. Page Sidebar
Is it possible to hide the sidebar on selected pages?

I have been trying to contact Engo Theme for support via email and no one is replying to me. The theme shown in the preview is not the same as downloaded. I need them to add the missing functions into my Shopify site. Contact me asap.
1. The theme I downloaded does not have Login and Register links and the Wishlist function is not working. I need to add all of these pages and links and make it functional as it is in the preview in the top right corner.

we’ve some pre-sale questions about the functions of your theme we need to clarify before, it would be great if you could help me/us.
1. is it possible to use individual pictures for the cart-summary on the right (example you put a white chair into your cart and see the correct thumbnail in the cart)
2. is it possible to login/fulfill the basic informations during a purchasing process with a social-login?
3. is it possible to use the wishlist without a login/profile, e.g. for sharing-issues
4. is it possible to replace the shipping options with a single sentence, that we’re using only one option

2. You can use an app to do this. There are many applications and you can select an application that suits you.
3. We regret the current theme do not support this feature. You need to be logged on to use it.

Hi i have been asking for support for a number of days now via email, regarding a mega menu customisation, cannot click links in the mega menu, so the task is not complete!

Sent you an email re: fonts. Not sure if you guys received it. Anyway I was able to install my own fonts but I’m having trouble configuring which CSS to touch. I was hoping you could help me out on this.
Is there also a way to limit the height of Slider v2 without me sabotaging my code? Haha! I find it too large.
Last, if there are updates to the theme how could I apply it to mine?

If you want to use your own fonts, you need to convert it to be able to use online. Then use css and include fonts before you can use it for the class in your css.
To change height of slider 2, you need visit Admin > Online stores > Themes > “Current theme” > edit HTML/CSS > Snippets > revolution.liquid and edit code as image bellow:

Ok, tell me if I’m being silly but I think I found a little bug in the newsletter signup pop-up form.
At least I was having trouble with it – I have the MailChimp Shopify app installed and use their form action in my theme settings for newsletter_form_action.
However the code in snippet foot.liquid had method=”get” instead of “post”, and was missing the id for the MailChimp embedded subscriber form.
I fixed up my site and the subscriptions are being sent to MailChimp just fine, but just wanted to let you know in case anyone else had this problem.

Large product image only shows up on the product pages if there are multiple images. If the product only has 1 image, the area to the left of the product info is just blank. Any ideas?

We did use the slider to display the product look better. But it takes at least 2 photos to this work. If you only have one image, we need to change a bit of code. Can you give us an account staff on your website? We will fix this before we have a new update.

If you are using the Google Maps API on your domain was not active prior to June 22nd, 2016, it will require a key going forward.
