The shortcodes are designed to work with Visual Composer. Without it, you need to write something like this:

Great looking theme! Can the font for the blog section be changed to match the rest of the site? Love the font you’re using…for the rest…but the “serif” font in the blog section makes it look like every other blog.

Portfolio items order depends by the date and the time of the post (ascending). You have to change the datetime of the item to change the order.

video take all the mobile height and bottom content can’t be scrolled (moreover the video doesn’t play automatically)

Videos can’t autoplay on mobile devices, it’s a restriction applied by mobile browsers. You can set a fallback image.

I’m look at your theme to use for a client, they’re a video production company so video presentation is a big deal for them. On the homepage of the example of ‘Classic Agency’ there’s a full page slide with a button that says ‘Watch The Video’ – how does that handle video? Can it open a full screen overlay?
Also, on the other pages where you have a header image with the title inside it, can this be replaces with an autoplaying video with a button that overlays a full-screen, similar to the homepage?

1. Yes, I’ve just updated the demo and now when you click on “Watch The Video” it opens an overlay with the video.
2. Yes, you can use videos as background and you can add all content you want.
P.S: I’m sure you wanted to comment on “Dylan” theme, this is another one
Ha, yes, you’re right. I was looking at Comet and Dylan! A quick question on the video – will the video be full screen or will it be a small video in the middle of the overlay?

By default it’s in the middle, but it can be resized with a few lines of CSS.

Noticed when trying to click on second-level navigation using the hamburger menu, the top-level navigation doesn’t work. For example, if I have portfolio as the parent and then photography, video, media as the children, portfolio isn’t clickable. Any way to fix this? Appears to both be a mobile and dekstop issue.

Have a couple of questions:
1. I’m using the latest comet theme version. I’m not able to see the visual composer kick in on the portfolio items. I want to have layouts like the demo data, but they directly show some shortcodes from visual composer. Its plain default wp text editor. How do I use visual composer for portfolio items.
2. I wish to have a full width image gallery on a page, similar to portfolio section. How to achieve that.

this theme says it’s compatible with WPML, but it’s really not. i can’t seem to get the language switcher to appear in the menu and neither can your support guy! this is a BUG that you must resolve right away or i will need to switch theme. thanks!
I’m sorry, but this is absolutely not true.
I’ve added the language switcher to your website, and it works fine. But when you change the settings, it disappear. This is not a theme issue. You are having issues with a third-party plugin (WPML), not with the theme.

And you have not received “terrible support”. I’ve fixed your issue more than one time.
the only settings i changed is “uncheck” the flags options! and by just doing that the language switcher is gone! this is a theme issue, not WPML. on top of that, you claim to be compatible with WPML, why would this be WPML’s issue if YOUR language switcher is NOT appearing? i have been waiting 3 days just to get this one little tiny thing fixed. this is not acceptable. i will need a refund please.
instead of trying to solve the problem, you blame WPML… i think the support is pretty terrible! i will need a REFUND because you’re not able to provide a theme which is COMPATIBLE with WPML which you claim to be!
also, the fact that the issue keeps coming back only says one thing: it’s NOT FIXED!
Again, you are having issue on your WPML admin area, and this is not related to the theme, in ANY WAY. It’s easy to understand.
Your threatening attitude is not a solution. I’m here to help you, and all you do is ask for a refund.

The switcher is working on your website. Check it.
There is an issue with your WPML settings, and we have to fix it. You can even change the theme, the issue will persist.
But please, use the support system, not the comments.
If the WPML setting can’t be fixed, we can work around the problem by installing the child theme and paste a single line of code.
