Hi, I need to put some video stuff in my portfolio so please I would ask to help me to figure it out. I’ve been looking through the information you sent with the theme but can’t find an answer.. 1) I’d like few 3,5 sec Gif video in the “slide” section.. How can I do to make them work? 2) In the portfolio section, if I try to add an iframe with a Vimeo hosted video, it shows no preview, just an error over aligning so I guess t he video should be there, but I can’t see it; if I add an image as thumbnail of the video, it works like a regular portfolio image, like it was a picture, and shows no video neither…

I am using pulse-biz theme and it is amazing. I just loved the visual designer provided along with the theme. My question is regarding featured slider. I would like to use separate set of slider images for desktop and mobile views. Please guide me how it is possible to achieve.

This is very idea, Thanks! But then I will need to copy rest of the site content on both pages. Is there a way to avoid copy pasting site content across pages? Also would you recommend any good plugin for mobile redirection?
If you have this change only on one page this is a good solution (you can clone a page using a plugin too). If you need it on multiple pages then (maybe!) the best solution would be editing the theme files.

Hello, I am having multiple problems with the Pulse theme. I know you are great at support, but I was looking for a no hassle theme and the problems are big enough that I no longer wish to deal with Pulse at all. Would you please consider giving me a refund in full and I will delete the theme and files from my sites.

I have a little suggestion. For the child theme, the stylesheet is using an @import for the parent theme which is very slow. You could make a significant speed improvement for people using the child theme if you just remove that and add the following PHP to functions.php:

Thanks for the suggestion too… We will implement this adjustment on the next theme update. We’ll actually going to remove the @import instruction, because we don’t need to load the style.css file of the parent theme.

Hello,
I was able to install the theme and was able to install the one-click demos. However, when I go into try to change the content in the pages, I get a long text of the HTML, PHP, Javascript of the page makeup. I do not see the friendly grid editor. Are you able to help me get this grid to appear?

Just above hte page content you should have a dark blue button saying “Backend Editor”. Please click on it.
If you don’t see this button please go to Appearance>Install Plugins and activate the plugin Visual Composer.

I have checked Stripe Shortcode doesn’t work with the “button URL” in pricing table settings. What can be other possible way of getting this done (without Woocommerce) to use theme button layout for stripe payment in order to ensure consistency throughout the site.

That will probably look bad on smaller screens (even on an iPad), because the columns will be too thin. Anyway, you can always add a specific ID (or a CSS class) to the parent row and then add some custom CSS to the theme options.

Any idea how i can place more than one widget per column in the footer? Currently in the ‘Footer Sidebar’ I can only place 4 widgets and their order dictates whether its in column 1,2,3,4. ...

The theme has the option to append a page to the footer. So, in this case please activate that option on the theme options footer tab.
Then, inside this page, you can add Widgetised Sidebar elements that will allow to do that (just add each one inside a column). If you need to add extra sidebars for this please go to Appearance>Manage Sidebars.
