You can customize your checkout fields using filters for billing and checkout fields. Alternatively you can use a plugin like this to achieve your requirement : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/

there is no fields for the shipping information, I have disabled that. Its just showing the text = 3 Shipping Information Regards

Hi, I’m about to buy this theme, but I have one question: in the product page, I can see some “related products”. How these products are chosen? Using some tags, categories…? How the theme decides what to show as “related”? Are there ways for the admin to select himself which products he would like to show as related products, or it’s just an automatic task?

Thank you for your interest in our theme and for your feedback. I truly appreciate it. The related products is generated automatically by WooCommerce plugin ( not the theme ). They are generated based on tags and categories. The admin cannot choose the related products. 1. The results is not default to 5 it returns as much as matches as possible. There are no limits.
2. Unfortunately this is how the default search works. If you want to change it you will have to modify the search query via custom functions.

1. View Product does not appear unless you’ve enabled “Catalog Mode”. Are you sure you want to work in catalog mode ? Can you please explain ?
2. Product Categories widget allow you to choose “Order by” in the dropdown. Other than that you cannot modify the order.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. If you are using the latest version of WooCommerce i.e. 2.6.x, please make sure you’ve configured shipping zones and shipping methods. Once you’ve done that shipping methods should appear in cart as well as in checkout.

My sincere apologies for not getting back to you earlier. We were closed during weekends. The solution I gave works only on the latest versions of Unicase which is yet to be approved by Envato.
With the current approved latest version please add this custom code in your child theme’s functions.php :

For issues 1 and 2, I request you to email your FTP and WP admin details to our support email ( support@transvelo.freshdesk.com) and we’ll look into the issue.
For 3, all strings are translateable. However not all strings come from the theme. Some strings come from WooCommerce, some come from Wordpress. The text you’ve mentioned comes from WooCommerce. Here is how you translate WooCommerce : https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
4. The Favicon is now part of WP’s core feature and hence we have removed it from our theme options. You can add your own favicon from Appearance > Customize > Site IDentity > Site Icon.

I would like to remove date from the comments on the product page. I tried to override the I tried to override the store-reviews.php in the child theme. So I copied the above file to the location: ../themes/unicase-child/dokan/ however it is not reflecting the change?
Just to test I also made the change the in the parent themes file too but that is not being reflected either. I also tried to print a simple echo statement but that’s not outputted either. Any idea?

Hi, Okay so which file do I edit to remove JUST THE DATE from the review. i DON’T want to to remove/disable the whole review. I want to only remove the date from the comment. Just let me know the file that controls the review tab and I will manage the rest, Thanks.
Please copy this file https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/single-product/review-meta.php into unicase-child/woocommerce/single-product/review-meta.php and you can remove the line 39 which contains date published.
