Pre-sale question: Through booking process possible select a staff member too, not only the time slot?

Hi, so far the theme works great but i have one question that could be of interest for future buyers as well: where can i modify the contact form of the demo content and/or create my own? i cannot find any contact-form plugin or menu where i can adjust what i want the contact-form to include. any advice where i should be looking for that? am i blind?
Where can I adjust the font/size/display of the sub-title displayed beneath the logo if enabled? have a hard time finding that too.

Pre-purchase question: when the site is in mobile mode and you click a booking date and the pop-up comes up, the site’s logo overlays on the form when you scroll up to the top of the page. Is this something that will be fixed?

Jacqueline theme is absolutely compatible with Booked plugin which comes with the theme. You will not need to pay for it but install over the admin panel.

You can take online bookings over the theme, since it is compatible with the Booked plugin.
