Don’t quite follow you. The image of the bearded guy in the check shirt you need to enter via portfolio? It’s called “profile photo” but there is no reference to this in the documentation.

Hi, Thanks for interest to our theme. Child theme comes with the theme, so if you buy the theme you will get it for free. If you want to make custom changes on theme it is recommended to do that with child theme to save all changes which could be made even after updating the main theme. Also theme comes with documentation where you can see step by step guide on how to install the theme. Unfortunately we can’t provide discount coupons.

Every time I try and re-upload the Wordpress theme for RS Card and go to my customize page, it shows me 10 sub-menus on the left for a split second and then reverts back to 5. I feel like I am missing something or doing this wrong….can you show me what the customize page should look like or can I send you a screen shot of what mine is? I have a error message in the console. “Blocked a frame with origin “http://XXXXX.com” from accessing a frame with origin “https://www.google.com”. Do I need a SSL certificate?
Other question : In the contact form, I disabled the map. But now, the right box only contain phone/email. It’s not a problem on mobile view because the box resized, but in desktop view the phone/email are at the top and the rest of the box is blank. Can I do something about it?
Contact form, left box : Not really your fault, but in Safari 10.0 (OS X), when the autofill in enabled, it cut the bottom half or the name/email/subject text we enter.

Hi Elena, thank you for choosing our theme. Probably you didn’t set your front page as a home page. For that you need to go to admin panel=>Settings=>Reading Settings=>Front page displays->A static page->Front page = Homepage. Hi, Nice theme, but Fredoka One won’t go away!
Every time I save any change to the theme settings Fredoka One comes back as the title font which I do not want. I have tried manually editing the style.css, but it still won’t go away. The typography drop-downs don’t work (says “No items of this type were found.”) so I am forced to export the settings everytime and then upload the changes. Is there a fix for this? Is Fredoka One hardcoded in several places? Please advise. Thanks.

Just installed this – looks great! Question – where are the social media icons stored? I would like to include one for a physician website (Doximity) . When I add that website, there is no icon for it. Thus I would like to know how to add one manually, or if possible have one made by you guys (after all, you do cater to physicians!)

Many thanks for the icon! I was able to do everything from the video… but this solution implies having to delete the theme and then uploading the rs-card.zip file again. Correct? Because I have tried it and it doesn’t let me install because the theme already exists. Or can I upload the files into a specific location in Wordpress?
Answered the last bit myself… I used a plug-in called “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades”. Followed instructions, but still not working. Will attempt again, maybe I did something wrong in the process.
Hi, If you have FTP access you can replace icon folder only on your server. If not, you need to change the theme. But before installing the theme you need to remove old version. We recommend you to make backup of your site using BackupWordPress plugin or BackWPup plugin or any other backup plugin. Any way you will not loose your data if you just delete the existing theme, don’t worry about it. Then install the theme again. If you will have difficulties with that you can send your WordPress admin access to us and we will do that for you. Please feel free to contact us in case of any question.

I’m having problems getting the side menu to work in chrome, its works fine in IE however as soon as I click it the button to open it in chrome is does nothing, any help?

Hi again Thomas, most possibly you have some local problem, could you please write your browser and os version? We have tested on latest version of chrome and it works great. You can try to update you chrome and if that wouldn’t help please provide your site wordpress login and password via this contact form.
I have checked on a couple of computers and it has the same problem, I’m having this problem with Chrome Version 53.0.2785.89 m (64-bit)
Unfortunately we can’t reproduce the same error, and seems to us you are using not latest version of chrome. I just purchased this theme but it won’t install…it unpacks but then says this:

Hi, thanks for choosing our theme. The main zip file with the theme in another zip file with documentation demo content etc, so first thing you need to do is unpack downloaded zip file in your pc, then upload rscard.zip file to WordPress. Let us know please if you still have questions with that.
