I try to install the theme “themeforest-17729653-vinor-magazine-responsive-magazine-news-drupal-8-theme” without success on my local server xampp 5.6.30.
I have an error of the type : “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\minjustice.cf\vendor\guzzlehttp\guzzle\src\Handler\CurlHandler.php on line 41”
What do I need to do to solve this problem ?

Our theme doesn’t support create sub-theme, and you don’t need create a sub-theme. Because if we update theme, We will create list of files need update.

I wanted a sub-theme because I am going to do a lot of customization + plus I don’t want peeping in to see the theme I have used because its a government website

Our theme doesn’t support create sub-theme, you can custom theme if you want, you can add css custom to file /css/custom.css and function custom if you want, I will create list of files update if I update theme.

Thanks gavias. i didnt know whether to ask here or email regarding my next question but i suppose here might be better so as people can see the flexibility of your Block Builder. I was hoping to overide a taxonomy term page with a Block Builder shortcode. I cannot think of the best way to go about it. I could just use the block regions i suppose although i was hoping to copy the home_1 BB and keep my site the same layout throughout. Can you suggest a way to do this? thanks

You can’t override a taxonomy term page with a Block Builder because taxonomy term page has dynamic link like category, tag…
Block Builder just use builder home page and page specific.
