Hi there, Great theme and I want to purchase but wanted to ask a couple of points.
Not one of these directory themes that I can see on TF gives us ability to add any advertisement banners.
For example in 2 main positions. 1 In the listings on the side – you could perhaps create an advert listing which would look different. 2 Above the main map Both examples of this type of advert placement can be found on this map property portal – https://goo.gl/ttjL5d
This would be a really great addition and really stand you out from the rest even more, is it something you are looking into or can customize for me?

Unfortunately we don’t have the option to add external banners on list of map panel. you can use some layer popup banner plugins which work with our theme. our support team doesn’t assist customization. however our developers do some paid service. it depends on your requests or schedule. if you are interested, you can email us ( javothemes@gmail.com )

We basically can’t test or find the 3rd part plugins. we may have a test for a plugin or talk to a buyer who is using. but we can’t gurrantee if the 3rd part plugins (which we didn’t work compatibility) s working in the future. because we can’t follow the updates of the pluigns. I will let you know when we find something.
You can add html codes or text on widget of listing single pages. but it also depends on the banner codes. we believe most of them are fine.
Please understand that the 3rd part plugins / codes are hard to tell you that it works all of them with themes. it’s not only our issue. the code can be different or conflict.

Hi, Pre Sales question.
I’m looking for a directory theme for my client’s project. basically this site is a Directory of sports coaches. I have some specific requirements.
1) individual admin registration login for each coaches. In the individual coaches admin, they can upload their details. 2) paypal gateway with each coach listing registration base on duration of the registration. Up to 5 types of registration base on listing duration. 3) ecommerce filters for location, sports, experience 4) sort by rating
Is this possible to achieve this requirements with this theme ? of course with additional plugins and some little customization. but we looking for a theme with similar functionality and don’t want to customize the whole theme.

2. There is a payment addon. you need to purchase it. please have a look at our addons information. Addons
3. We have worked woocommerce compatibility. You (admin) can post some products and your users (vendors) can post products. for vendors, you need to have vendor addon from woocommerce.
4. We have a block shortcode and it’s possible to sort by ratings if you have a review addon.

Hi there! We are using version 1.0.9 After adding listings they do not appear on the map even after regenerating the map with the JASON command button. If we delete a listing or add any further listings they do change on the listings page but not on the front page map or directory search map listings. Please advise.

To see if your theme suits my project, I would like to have some more information:
1 – Concerning the home page, i want to use the presentation and selection of categories of the démo 4 (picture block), but not the slider of the démo 4, rather than him, I prefer the slider demo 2
So, is it possible to make a home page with the presentation of the categories of the demo 4 and the slider of the demo 2 ?
2 – As you select a category, the link is like this: ... demo4 / map / location = 123?
Is it possible to replace “123” by the name of the category?
3 – In the view page of an ad. Is it possible to change the order of tabs display.
Currently, “detail” – “Amenities” – “Description” .... etc.

4 – For the text of the description. it is not proposed text formatting options. Is it possible to make text bold or add a link?

1. You can always mix them to move the elemantry. we use visual composer for page builder. so you can copy the parts and add on another page. you can also import all of demo pages and customize them.
2. that’s the category id. it’s not currently possible to add slug. maybe in the future by lava team.
3. There is no option to change the ordering on single listing pages (ad pages). you need to customize php file.
4. You can do on backend. but not front-end form at this moment.
5. I heard that lava team will add some options to limit images on payment addons. but it’s not ready yet and take time.
I hope it helps. we will have more demo sites soon and some more features.

Hi there, pre sales question. I am wanting to sell classes in my city, example, yoga classes, art classes etc. they will be bundles such as buy 4,8 or 12 classes. There is no date/time booking needed. Is there a feature that allows my to remove the calendar and have a ‘select package’ drop down and ‘book now’ button replacing the booking calandar? Next question, is it possible to have the price of each product/class displayed on its product card/thumbnail. thanks

‘Book now’ is from woocommerce booking addons. that’s why I told you to have a look at the documentation ( https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/ ) if it’s possible. I believe it’s possible. but you need to have a look at the details with your plan. we worked compatibility for the plugin in our theme.
sorry i think you are misunderstanding me, i do not want to use bookings, i want to sell product that DOES NOT USE BOOKING. i want to sell one off objects that does not require booking. NO DATE, NO TIME, just buy. now, is this possible to achieve a sale with zero date and time required

Apologize if I misunderstood. the siderbar in single page is only allowed you to add booking widgets. it’s not allowed to add any products like vendor. you can add products on vendor session. it’s also from woocommece product vendor plugin. because you need to choose products what you will show.
Please understand that you need to have a look at the documentation for the details of addons or the 3rd part plugins. because we are not sure about the detail of your plan.

You can change them to what you want. these are all sample / examples. Amenities are a taxonomy. it’s like categories. ( http://javothemes.com/spot/documentation/how-to-set-up-item-taxonomies/ ). however amenities are for all categories.

We would like to use a directory template to list our facilities and the activities available in them along with events that would be taking place in them. The site would not be used by the public to add listings only view them. Would this type of site be possible using your theme?
I have a few questions as well see below
1. We have 20 facilities that we would like to have in one listing that could be searched by location, type of facility and activity available in that facility.
2. On another page we would like to list all the activities and have them searchable by category type but not have any location attached to them is that possible (we do not need to have any map information with this listing)
3. Could we set up 3 pages each displaying a single type of Category that can be search by their own subcategory
4. On a listing post can we change/create our own labels
5. We would like to add a timetable and event plugins and other elements to a listing page via visual composer?
6. Can we switch off user login and associated features as we would be adding all the listings ourselves.

1. Do you mean you want to have 20 facilities on 1 listing? I think you want to have 20 facilities as 20 each listings. if so, I believe it’s possible. however you need to see our listing pages to see if it’s fit to your project.
2. You need to our demo sites to see if it’s possible. I am not really sure about your details.
3. Unfortunately it’s not.
4. It’s not possible to do that. you need to modify blocks.
5. You need to find plugins which work fine with our theme.

I am not quite sure if I understood your plan. however yours seems little different from what we have. you need to see our demo sites if they are fit to your project.
