1) Is there a real agenda in theme to manage events? (To manage events)
2) You say that it is compatible with WPML. Where is the button (front end) to change the language?
3) What are precisely the elements that can be used with Visual Composer?
4) Are the tables stylish in your chart? Furthermore, I would like to see all styles: shortcode, typography.
5) Is it compatible with the plugin Layer Slider or another, to replace the carousel home?
6) Is it possible to put the main menu at the top, horizontally? If so I would like to try before buying?
7) Is it possible to place a slider up to 100% of the width (for it is a more current air)?

1.) not sure what do you mean by “real agenda”. Events are managed in very similar way to regular posts, there are just bunch of special custom fields to add event date and so on. 2.) Yes and yes. There is a custom button in the header just for WPML
3.) Here are some basic ones. There are also bunch of post type specific ones, like list of events, list of documents and so on. Default VC elements are disabled and are not fully supported
4.) Tables are styles but I don’t have a demo page to demonstrate it
5.) Any 3rd party plugin should work, but I haven’t made any special customization for Layers slider, nor any other slider plugin
6.) Yes, here is the screenshot. I don’t have live demo for this functionality
7.) That’s not possible without some code modification

you mean on homepage or on post list page? But something like that would require some kind of post categories shortcode, but there is not such shortcode in the theme.

day names are translated automatically by WordPress (you have to have a localized version of WP for your language).
Time format can be changed under Settings / General.

Ok I get it now. You should edit your page via Visual Composer (backend editor button under page title field) where you can easily change images in member elements via user interface.

Have two questions: 1. For some reason when I put logo, header menu drops down and have empty space of about 300px
2. Is it possible to have siderbar menu but only top level links to be visible and after selecting some top level to have dropdown of other submenu?

1.) That’s because this menu is not supposed to have some many items. Ideally it should look like this. But if changing the number of menu items is not an option for you, you can use this Custom CSS to reduce the space above:
.m-has-standard-menu.m-has-header-tools .header-menu { margin-top: 0; }
2.) The default sidebar menu works exactly like that (just check out the demo), but since you are using horizontal header menu instead and have Custom Menu widget in sidebar, that won’t be possible without some custom coding. But since Custom Menu is a default WP widget, there may be a 3rd party widget which will add such functionality, take a look into official plugins repository.

sorry, but only Google Maps are supported in header map. But you can disable it and use any other embeddable map in a regular page content. Or hire a developer who will be able to embed OpenStreetMap into header. It shouldn’t be particularly challenging, but it’s not possible to do without touching the code.
Weather widget takes its data from openweathermap.org service, so it should work everywhere.

I’m having a couple issues, one with the theme itself, and another with an extended Visual Composer plugin. I’m hoping you can help me out. I believe it may have something to do with the custom Visual Composer settings you incorporated into the theme.
Here’s a screencast that shows you the stretch row issue. This may just be a simple custom CSS revision, but I can’t for the life of me fix it.

Okay. I’m sure there’s a fix for that spacing issue. You just don’t want to do it for free. I understand and I’m willing to pay if you can help. Send me a private email if you offer custom fixes.
I honestly don’t know the easy fix for that and I am not available for hire. This theme is certainly not suitable for a fullwidth layout.
The only quick fix I can come up with is to use negative side margins, but I can’t guarantee it won’t break something else. Try this:

Hi – We are migrating a Townpress Website to the client servers and are getting a variety of errors but the one that seems to be causing the main issue is this [PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::]. Does this look familiar? I am checking to find out if the server is running PHP 5.6. It was uploaded on a fresh install of WP.
Can you help us identify what the issue is? The site does work in a subdirectory of the main URL but not on the main URL. Why would it work in the subdirectory but not the main one.

it is very likely caused by outdated PHP version. Make sure server runs PHP 5.4 or higher and it should be fine.

I was looking for use a few more Visual Composer elements, so I purchased and downloaded the ‘Massive Addons’ plugin, which gives me more development options.
The issue here is that some elements that come with the ‘Massive Addons’ plugin do not appear within the elements tab and therefore can not be used. Is this a theme limitation? I know you took away some VC elements that do not work with your theme, but I don’t see why these plugin elements wouldn’t be visible.

it is possible that some of those plugin elements rely on some default VC elements which are disabled. You can try to enable them, here is how.

It looks like it was my mistake. I was trying to place one of those new elements inside a row that was already in another row. I guess that element is not allowed to be used that way. So, all good.
And yes, I had tried that. Once I realized that it wasn’t the issue, I reverted back to your original file with some elements disabled.
I do have another issue with the different row options (stretch, etc) but I will submit a new ticket for it.

I’ve just approved your refund even though I don’t think you are entitled to one. This is a software, which means it can’t be returned as a physical good. So explanation in lines that “you though it was something else” is pretty weak. You should do you research on what is a WordPress theme before you buy one. Anybody can purchase a theme, then ask for a refund and have it basically for free. I am not saying that this is your case, I like to believe that your request is honest, but hopefully you get my point. Since I am in no mood for hassle, I’ve approved it, but other authors may not be so open to such requests.
Just for a record, to make sure nobody thinks there is something wrong with the theme, here is your refund explanation:

Not sure what “a complete package” should mean, but TownPress is a standard WordPress theme. It comes with demo content, documentation and child theme and there is a reason it has 5 star rating (because it’s a great theme).

Hello I am having an issue. I downloaded all the documents on my local host (MAMP) now that all my files have been uploaded to my host via FTP (filezilla) my live folder/site (not pointed to make public yet)won’t dow or download the documents. It looks like it is looking for them through my local host since it references it in the 404 type response. Do I need to go into a html file? which one? what do I need to do? can I fix this via my host cpanel? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

this theme is not fully accessibility-ready by WordPress standards. I mean it is not 100% compliant, so it may not follow all of those rules. However, from thousands of WP themes on ThemeForest there are only VERY few which are fully accessibility-ready.
I’ve tested the WP Accessibility plugin and it seems to be working fine (but I haven’t tested every single option it offers).
