The download is fine, try using either WinRAR or http://www.7-zip.org to open the download zip (some people have had issues with the default windows zip opener).

The theme is not a complete download anymore. I only get about 1/4th of the files when downloading and the files I get are broken because everything is not included. It could be a technical glitch on my side or yours as I have downloaded the package before without any problems

Your download speed would depend on your internet connection. Try using a different browser or connecting directly to internet instead of wifi if possible.

Hello, I am trying to find the HTML version of the “BeBiolab”. But the live preview demo is in WordPress. If I purchase the HTML theme (non-WP), will it be included as an HTML version, as I see it on the demo preview? Thank you in advance!

No we have no plans to add a page builder.
No this is not Bootstrap, it is a custom grid (but we have included the Bootstrap responsive utility classes which you can use).
If you view our demos you will see the Revolution Slider and the WOW Slider, you edit these by editing HTML.
Yes themes can be made wide.
There are global CSS files and then each demo has demo specific CSS files.

Hi, I am trying out the Car template but want to have 4 slides. It has one on the template so I created a new list item, mirroring the first but it won’t slide. Should that have worked?

Hello, the index files (and the files from the main demo) are in the root folder. The interior pages for the other demos are in a “content folder”, broken into folder by demo. There are global css and js files and then each demo has a demo specific css file. Thanks for your interest
The menu collapse for the “Extreme” theme is occuring way too early – which CSS parameter controls this ? – we see a lot of @media lines in global.css but don’t really want to have to dig through them all. Thanks.

Hi, I tried to sign up on your forum- it does not work will not allow me to post comments – so I am doing it here. I really like your template – so far its been a pleasure to work with – with one exception – the Revolution slider. The documentation for the Revolution slider is PATHETIC.
Specifically -the image fade in / fade out works perfectly, but we I’d like to do is have the caption ease in once – and then remain on screen and not change (.i.e. ease in once, and then not change as the background slides continue to change). I believe we can do this via the ‘static layer’ function but the docs are so poorly written its difficult to understand how to implment it. I have tried nearly everything I know and we cannot make this happen.
I guess what we want to do is have a static element (the captions) overlaid on top of the rotating image slides. We can do this with CSS but I’d prefer to use the built in functions if I can.
Any advice you can provide would be helpful. Thanks !

You get all the demos we show (with placefiller images due to image licenses) and yes you can move items around, you would also need to copy CSS if you are moving demo specific items. Thanks

Yes, you will need to have basic html and css editing skills to edit the pages since this is an html template (there is no builder)

A while ago I was viewing the HR theme, then I click buy and the price is $19. I bought it believing that I can get the HR theme but I received different files. I have replied to you in email thru mike and attached the files that i received. Can I have the proper files or if not, can I just refund the money? thanks
Try opening the zip file with WinRAR instead of the zip oenener you used. Some people have mentioned an issue with the default zip opener program on windows, they all say that using WinRAR instead fixed the issue.

Presale question: If I’m interested in this template: http://be.beantownthemes.com/html/index-journalist.html but I want to add different shortcodes from your shortcodes list, are those compatible with this? I’m just trying to understand how flexible the themes are compared to the default theme. Or are these customized templates more custom and can’t be added to without a lot of modification? Or another idea – does your mega menu work with the menu on the BeJournalist template?
Yes all shortcodes work with all demos, you may just want to create some custom CSS for the shortcodes depending on what you’re doing (to match the demo). The mega menu works also, again you might want to add some custom CSS to match it to the demo, thanks
