As we said it’s an HTML template means you can’t manage it dynamically or any elements of HTML template. If you want to dynamic blog like WordPress you must need to convert the HTML template to WordPress theme. Hope you understand it.

He told us to refund his money because he bought the theme by mistake. But we have seen he downloaded all files after the purchase. Also, Envato has clearly told their privacy & policy client doesn’t get the refund if they buy it mistakenly. But, he asked us to break the Envato refund rules & we don’t agree to break Envato rules & as a result, he gave us a very bad feedback.

and i clearly told you how it happened , i’m a web developer me and my customer was confused between your template and another one , he choose the other and later i forgot and bought yours after i rebranded it and sent him a screenshot he told me that it’s the wrong one , it’s my mistake but you guys are not helpfull and themeforest said that i’d get refunded if you guys allowed me to so are you welling to help here !
