When navigating to a seperate page, blog or post, the navigation menu (sections) are not working anymore. First I have to click on the Home button. This is very inconvenient and unintuitive. You can check it out in the demo. Click (for example) on the blog menu, and then a ‘read more’ button to read a post. After that the main navigation menu is not working anymore… Can you please fix this?

You declare on ThemeForest the support will be given through this Comments section. Then you direct us to an external ticket system. There, I created a ticket that is in no way linked to my e-mail address (I can’t recovery/set a password for an account under my email address now, after having submitted the Ticket 3 days ago, nor have I received a copy of the ticket I submitted… so how could I input a “Code” to view it now, if I don’t have any?).
Searching through my Spam box, I found one email from you, that ask for details about my site—although I can see other people that bought the theme are facing the same issues with your theme (no way to input a Google API key, what is mandatory since June). Trying to reply that e-mail (providing my website URL, although completely irrelevant and unnecessary), I do receive in response:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: admin@ekramit.netTechnical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ekramit.net by ekramit.net. [67.225.176.232].
The error that the other server returned was: 550-The mail server could not deliver mail to ekramit@server2.webhostbd.net. 550-The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing 550 the proper dns entries.
Requesting refund in 3, 2, 1…!!!! Unless you do answer back within 24h with a definitive solution for all my 3 problems (which are in NO WAY a specific problem with my domain/setup, it’s a GENERAL PROBLEM on your theme you should solve in timely manner).
1st problem. The Google map is not displayed beside the contact form due to the missing API Key.
2nd problem. The “Read More” button (for each item in the Blog section). The transalation in pt_BR would be “Leia mais” and I can’t translate it in any form!
3rd problem. The “Who we are” section generates a slider, with a button that can link to other pages, one per slide. They are set to different internal pages on Dashboard but the href on all these buttons always point to the home page itself in the frontend.

1. HOW THE HELL DO I SETUP GOOGLE API KEYS ON THIS THEME? NO DOCUMENTATION ABOUT THIS!
2. “Read more” in blog section > not translated/translatable to pt-br.
3. The entries in “WHO WE ARE” section now does not provide a field to put the URL anymore, but the button to read more is still displayed – and points to the homepage itself.
I have just a few days of support and I can’t wait more! I am going to request a refund – after leaving a 1 star review.

Hello I hope all is well. I purchased the Kingal theme back on June 18. I am very green at WordPress (purchase code 5efa8cf3-ea90-456e-bce4-ba0388e65bbc) . I was hoping the site was plug and play. Is there any way to get the site running as I bought it without having to manufacture the site again.
I love the theme I bought and do not want to make very many changes but putting it all together is a little more than I am able to figure out as I am learning
