I have a problem with kidslife Child Page Builder.
I’m creating a 4 column icon box type 3 but i cant modify nothing on the html/visual text. Have to change to Wordpress editor and insithe html tab change it.
Any solution? Thx 4 all.

Get into the file path /wp-content/themes/kidslife/style.css at line number 411(approx) there you can change the header background image.
header { background: #ffffff url("images/header_bg.png") repeat scroll 0 0; }
You can change the image url as per your need.

Hello, just bought your theme, i see there are 2 visual composer options, and that’s clear enough and ok for new pages: BUT, the demo content seems to be only available in a shortcode format… is there any chance to have it in a more “visual” (visual composer or your theme composer, nevermind) format? it would be nice to be able to edit the demo with a visual metod instead using shortcodes that are not so intuitive.. please let us know if there are any builder friendly demo-content available. On this topic, i have a message: “KidsLife Page Builder in DesignThemes Core Features Plugin 1.2 comes with major update. In order to make your existing pages (created with page builder) to work properly click Update Content button in Dashboard > Kidslife > Page Builder > Update Content” Even if i do the suggested thing, nothing changes, my demo pages still are shortcode editable only, and i still get that message on top of my admin area. I followed your instructions and reinstalled the theme 2 times, but seems i can’t make that message disappear. Thanks

1) Our page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option” .You can use the sample layouts module, which will build the home pages, about us page, etc as our demo in page builder. Please have a look.
2) You can just close that notification from the dashboard, it will not disappear automatically.

i) Please install “events calendar” plugin first
ii) In our demo we have not use page for the event display. We add the custom link option under the menu settings. Follow the below steps to set up the event link.
Step 1: Get into the option Dashboard > Appearance > Menu > Custom Link > Create link and Add menu.

When I save content with your page builder and some modules contain cirilica or Russian characters it convert them to ‘itle=”Специфични обучителни трудноÑти”’

This WP theme it’s absolutely crap. It’s expensive, difficult to set up and customise, and once you install it, it doesn’t look to the one they present on the demo. JUST DON’T BUY IT.

You can easy to install our theme without any issues. May your installing method was wrong. “Theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error” – this error is common to wordpress, So please follow the steps,
Dont install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme folder then install theme.

Hi you promised a theme update by monday – so far your theme doesn’t have something that 100% of other themes have – shopping cart canot be placed nt he header and no message when the item is added to the shopping cart. It is Tusday and no upddte…. I guess it is hard to rely on your promises.

Please have a decency at least reply here. It is a first time when author refuses both – to issue refund and to answer questions. Sorry for taking it public but there doesn;t seem to be another alternative for a bad service.

We’re having a caching problem with the theme.We don’t believe it’s a hosting issue since we can see the content only when we’re logged in and preview the site. Viewing the LIVE side doesn’t show our updates. Is there a caching built into the theme?

We didn’t use any inbuilt cache in our theme. please check this issues using wordpress default theme also we have created test page checked with different browser it works fine.

hello, i have a problem with page builder, when I go to change any element inside can not find any kind of text or image even though the website and active. I tried to disable plugins to see some conflict, but it does not work. Disable DesignThemes Core Features Plugins can not see the text but of course I change the whole site. please help me

Please update our theme with latest version to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.iv) Now go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. If you check the "Update Available" link in that section, you can see the plugins which all needs to be updated. Just click the update button of each plugin to update it to latest version.Note: It seems that your support has expired on 02/03/2016. Please renew your support and get back to us.

Hi There, I think this theme does not support Chinese excerpt. The excerpt of Recent Post in home page have a very long excerpt, display all the the images in the posts. I did try the plugins “WP CN Excerpt” , doesn’t work. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thanks

Just try to add few lines of description first in the post editor section and then try to add the images in the post. If you start the post with images, then wordpress does not recognizes the excerpt size. Try with few lines of description and have a look.

Dear Author,
One of my clients is using your theme and has a problem with the build-in page builder. All text newly written won’t save and all old text is not visible.
He has lost his password to Envato and we are currently trying to recover it, however it seems that Envato has some problems sending out mail. We haven’t received anything for over 5 days now. We have opened a support ticket to deal with this, but in the mean time I would like to see if his problem can be resolved.
