Any chance of getting a xml data pack as well that can be used to upload into my template StudioBox 9 in 1 – email is: diversitydesign at gmail.com would make it a lot easier for setting up and learning as I go rather than starting from scratch.

Will this template work on Wordpress 3.2.1 or will it only work on 3.2? I am having trouble uploading the demo .xml and have emailed you two or three times but no answer yet for over a 2 weeks. There must be a trick to getting you xml demo content to load for the theme StudioBox Premium 9-in-1

I am having a problem with IE recognizing any headers. The post titles are disappearing.

How can I fix this?

Tried to get a suggestion from you for 11 days now with no response. However after a lot of research i found out that i got broken links in the accordion slide because the timthumb.php script did not work on that server. They had to reinstall and reconfigure different files to get everything going. I write this so anyone else with the same problem can find out how to solve it….

I realize that you dont have the time to look into all problems that we (the buyers of your template) encounter, but i would be sooooo glad if you could take a couple of minutes to look into my problem. I have messaged you twice before about this.

THE PROBLEM I cant get the accordion slide to load the pictures. I have tried changing the url:s for the pictures to their server adresses but that wont work. All i can see in the slide is broken link symbols.

When i click on the broken link picture and then right click on the broken link picture and open it in a new windo i can only see the text “GD Library Error: imagecreatetruecolor does not exist”. So it seems like it can find the picture but then something goes wrong.

I have tried the theme at a different domain on a different webhotel http://www.nattinatt.se and it works there. But i havent found out why.

Still haven’t been able to figure out how to get transparency to work on this theme for some of the images I want to load in the gallery.

Since the gallery has a rectangular area and many of the paintings are square I don’t want them to be stretched but I also don’t want a huge blank/ black area on either side of them, what do I need to do to make the transparency of the PNG images work in Wordpress??

It’s been a bit over 2 weeks and I still have one outstanding issue. I’m hoping to hear from you.

When I am on a category page, I hover over an image and it has that bull’s eye type image.

When I click on it, I go to the image in a pop up gallery sort of thing. How can I make that go to the post page? The name below it goes to the page, but I find it more intuitive to click on the image and go to the page.

I am still not sure what causes the problem, it seemes to be some kind of database problem, has anyone experienced the same? (see my problem above).

Sounds like you are doing exactly what I do when I get a successful post.

I am REALLY stretching here, but I would probably delete any prior non-working posts, then clear the cache in my browser. I may even go into cpanel and clear the cache there. Then build a completely new post.

Please keep in mind I am an absolute non-techie and you may get the same results simply by putting your finger next to your nose and spinning in a circle.

Nope. I add a title to the post, and scroll all the way down to where it says:

Image URL .

For use to display Post , Featured and Portfolio images.

I was experiencing similar issues, until I discovered that I should not actually be adding the picture into the post.

...just add the url in the box..

Is that how you are doing it?

I just tried exactly what you did, and the image still does not appear. I wonder what I’m doing wrong here? Prior to that, when I created the post, I used the “Insert Image” button, and did it that way. When I would preview the page, it would have the broken image icon sitting there. When I did it your way, all I see is the post title in the top left of where the image should be.
