Visual composer does not work with this theme, currently the theme is not usable until the developers fix this issue.

To fix, disable TinyMCE Editor that the theme forces you to install.
I gave the theme 2/5 stars. Very good visuals but the backend is a mess, and the developer has been hard to reach and hasn’t updated the theme in months. Overall would not recommend to someone without lots of experience.

I read the documentation where you recommend we install both TinyMCE and Visual Composer, which at the versions you have currently (12/20/16) they are conflicting and do not allow the editing of any pages using either plugin.
When you fix the issue I will fix the review to accurately depict the current product.
Why you don’t ask us or create ticket to find what cause before blame our theme not good. you are too hasty. Please send support ticket first before make low rating. If you don’t like our theme we can refund for you, but I don’t think it have many problem as you said, may be come from php version, mysql version … on your server.

Hello, I purchased your theme and I find it really good. Some days I am having the jquery errors in the admin area:
- settings.min.js?ver=2.6.7:1 | Uncaught TypeError: a(...).iris is not a function(…)
- load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-ui-resizable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-button,jquery-ui-posi…:11 | Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mouse’ of undefined(…)
Questi errori bloccano l’inserimento dei dati dei prodotti (prezzo, attributi) e dei file media.
How can I fix the problem?

Hi, You have not given an appropriate answer to my question. When i use the Demo Import option under Theme options it doesn’t work and just keep spinning the process and i have tried to let it keep spinning for hours but the demo home pages are not loaded.
I have installed this theme on localhost server. I have installed all the plugins, I have copied the Home Page 3 and imported in Redux frameworks option. No theme page has been loaded into Settings > Reading > A static page.
Can you please explain little more as i can’t set up the theme according to the Documentation?

Hi, may be your hosting not setup some values as theme & wordpress requiment system values. We put in document as memory_limit, .. If import not finish, it not enough to use. Please create support ticket then send us server information we will check it for you.

Everything works flawless. This is an amazing theme. Only one question. How do I get the Product SKU to show on the Product Shop (Archive) Page.
If you can customize code in Archive products page you can put this code in loop: echo ‘ ’ . $product->sku . ‘ ’;

HI. We tested on our site, It work for child theme. Only some font or color settings not apply.
Theme options only work for main theme, please try to change option when you active main theme, then switch to child theme again.

Hi, Nice theme. I have an pre buying question: is it possible that multiple users (sellers) can manage the shop? They need to see and manage only their products at the admin area. And the costumers need to see who’s (which seller) product they are buying. Is that possible?
This theme build on wordpress source, base of wp not support ACL or Multi permission level to apply manager products, may be someone build extension for this, please try to research a plugin. Thanks!
