Our company purchased a globo theme.While testing noticed an issue in this theme website that is when i approve the registration of a user, The user can login into dashboard and can create listing of its own. Now this listing will start appearing on the following company category list which was chosen by user. But i want to control the listings or the info filled in by the user while creating a company, as if now if user can upload any pornographic material how i can keep check on that. Recent flow is user can register, if i approve the user, he/she gets user pass for login. Now user create list of his/her own wish and post anything. I want this flow to first review the listing information of user, then only after my approval it should be displayed. Please help me find this solution asap as its a critical issu

Unfortunately I can’t get support via your support page under https://uou.ticksy.com/submit/# (only Globo Wordpress Theme is listed and can’t be chosen with the purchase code I got). I’m in trouble with the tabs function, the template offers. I would like to use a tab for an external link as well, but the linked site won’t open up. For example: https://jobworld.it-er.de/demo
Maybe there’s a simple solution for this…?!

Hi, first congrats for this nice template that my colleague Zed bought and I tested. I have few questions: - On the mobile, the language selection object (class header-language), disappears. Is it possible to make it visible? - Do you have “Login Page”, “Register Page” and “Account Page” (I did not see them on the download files after purchase)? If no, can you make them, what would be the cost? - Would you also do a kind of “Shop page”?
- Anyway I have need for additional pages and I wondered how much will it cost for you to build them. By the way, do you have a new (updated) version of this template, as the last update was in September 2015?

We apologize for the delay in reverting back, the visbibility is doable my colleague could share with you the code no problem therefore there are no additional costs
As for additional pages unfortunately our developers are currently working on projects in the pipeline so we have no available resources to perform custom work
As for an update these are html.static pages so it doesn’t really require the code to be updated as in wp

How to reduce the slider height?
