HI we are very disappointed with this theme it doesn’t work with woocomerce at all it blocks the functionality and is extremely slow even so that we can’t use it. We require a full refund immediately or else we have to make it public how we got ripped off by this theme

I have purchased one regular license for the theme. I tried to setup the theme like demo but some page setup is missing while importing the demo content like slider missing,footer demo missing.

I have setup the demo 2 times but getting the same problem.
I need a quick solution to solve the problem. If needed then I can create an admin ID and pass for your checking from the backend.

You need to import Revolution Slider demo data for some missing slider (demo data added with the package) and for other slider you have to add slider image.
We didn’t add all demo content because some of our demo content is hard coded. As it wasn’t possible to show everything in one installation.

On the bottom of single posts there is a post slider (next, prev posts).
Can I change them somehow (in functions.php?) to not show the full name of posts but instead display the “next” and “prev” words here?
On a mobile device, if a post has a long name, it doesn’t look good. So if I could change it to next/prev it would be nice.

There is a serious error which prevents me from using the theme i bought to replace my existing site. The site will not display if the plugin massive engine is enable. the site displays with the standard wp themes. I cannot use this theme. please refund my money

I purchased your theme and are currently trying to implement it on our site.
I’m currently trying to use the ‘Team Member’ feature. However when selecting certain images the feature crops the image and I loose some of the persons head. I can see no pattern why it does this. All images are the same proportion. I tried creating images the same size as the default team member images 370 X 370 and these are not cropped. However because they are only 370 X 370 the images are quite piexellated and I am not happy with this. I want to use a HQ square image but this gets cropped.

First of all install Slider Revolution plugin via plugin installer from Massive menu or from Appearance. Then import demo slides, which is delivered with the package. You can find the demo slides inside data directory.

Hi. It seems that a lot of people are having issues with the demo install. I installed theme, plugins and demo import on the cloud install (thought the problem was with shared server) then I installed on local but the problem persists. 1) Is there a missing step? because the images are not showing up in the pages 2) The images have downloaded the pages appear there (except the one I need Blog Home List). Is this page called something else.

Demo importer works perfectly on every hosting including shared. After importing demo content you may not find banner images. So you’ve to add banner images manually. And if you want to setup blog home page and static front page then follow this tutorial https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page

hello! I just bought the massive template. i’m following all the steps to install everything properly but the massive dashboard doesn’t show to me in my wordpress menu. I’ve checked my php and its ok! Mysql I’m not sure if it’s right, as my host is godaddy I believe it’s ok too. So whats going wrong with the massive dashboard?

Could you please tell us specifically exactly what was the failure message? Massive is around 15MB, so your server’s upload limit has to be at least 15MB. Please make sure you have that.

I’m trying to install my theme since yesterday and Something insists in goes wrong. The message : “are you sure you want to do this, try again” appears. I checked in the old answers and I discovered that could be a bugg, so a deleted everything (pluggins and old themes) using my ftp and I still cant install the Theme. So my questions are: whats the right archive to install (the.zip that I downloaded or other zip inside)? Can you show me step by step how to install using ftp? And do you know something about this bugg that could help me? When Everything goes right and I install the theme correctly it will appear the massove dashboard right?

If you are unable to change upload limit then you can upload via FTP and that’ll easy for you. Otherwise contact with your server admin.

Greetings! I have a few questions about the Massive Theme. 1) I’m using the countdown clock and by default the style is circle, which is great. When i put the short code in the banner, it changes to square (I’d rather it be circles). Any ideas? 2) Using the Visual Composer, I can’t seem to get the Disable Row to work. I’d like to hide rows on a page without deleting them. What am I missing? 3) In the theme settings, I’m being asked if the social media icons in the footer can be put above the copyright information. On a smaller screen the copyright info is above the social media icons. Thanks for your time and your work on this theme – it’s amazing!

1. If you use shortcodes outside main content area then they may not work properly.
2. It’ll be fixed in upcoming version.
3. I’m afraid, there is no such option where we asked user to choose footer icon position. There are 3 footer variations and all of those footer have different view.

Hi! My name is Wiliam and I am installing this theme for a client in http://marcosschaefer.nortemarketing.com.br/. It’s a photographer portfolio site. But I’m having some trouble with the native portfolio plugin. In the thumbnails it shows ALL the photos from the gallery. It is making the site heavy and slow and I can’t set a single image as thumbnail. Am I doing something wrong or is it a feature not suported by the theme?

You didn’t do anything wrong. Actually Massive loads all the portfolio items from selected category and there is no other way to load them in Massive.
