Hello, I need your Support. I can not change fonts in static.css. I would like to replace the “Ostrich Font”. When I make changes to static.css, my changes are overridden in Custom CSS.

you can’t change anythings from static.css, it is option style in theme option. You can change style in theme option.
If you want custom your style please use plugin simple custom css, or child theme for build your style.

I have the same problem with Internet Explorer. Anyway, did you see my issue ? There is no such file in the theme folder. No assets/css/fonts folder .What is interesting is that before it worked. And I changed nothing since that time.

Issue: you have add wrong type or wrong character of css typing
Solution : turn off Ren Scss to css function in dynamic.php

Seems that you are not understanding, I already asked you on your forum and you don’t answer my questions. I know it takes between 24 to 48 hours to get a response but it is being more than a week that the theme is broken and you are not helping at all. As I said before, worst support ever! Or you help me out or I will claim for a refund here in Themeforest ASAP.

I´ve being struggling with this theme for months now. Spanish accent marks are missing with the default font and is not easy to customize. And the support team is not very helpful, it seems like they don’t speak english or give random answers. I’m going to try one last time send you a ticket if it doesn’t work this time I will claim for a refund and the bad rate will remain.

Is this a joke? you change the font to whatever font you want and asume that the problem is solved? If I could rate you twice with 1 star I will be happy to do that, but unfortunately I just can rate you once and it will be 1 star until you solve this issue. I give you one week to solve this issue or I will claim for a refund. Definitely I won’t recommend CMSSuperheroes ever. Worst author so far.

Presales query: I want to use this for an informational Organic website which has their own mobile apps for selling goods (read as ‘no shop required in the website). I want to keep all the features except the shop + add a landing page which talks about the Mobile app and then 2 icons (1 for Playstore and 1 for App store). How well can I create this app landing page as one of the pages in your theme? Does this support Visual Composer?

[5] Under SPECIAL OFFERS , can I just show the product without the ‘price’ and ‘add’ option? I loved the design here too. I just need the product with a button ‘BUY NOW’ which will take them to the app landing page. Remember I don’t want the web buying experience. The shop is available only in the app.
[6] In the single recipe page, can I remove the button ‘Add this recipes ingredients to your basket.’? Since I don’t have a web shop, I may not need this.

trying to post in the support forum, apparently my purchase code was deleted on the forum, when I click the link to add it again goes to a page that just says [check_purchased_code]. Problem I’m having is even after the last update, theme is still using an outdated plugin for WPBakery Visual Composer, and there are some serious bugs in the current version included with the theme that affect page load time. Slider Revolution plugin is also still outdated.
disregard, got it fixed by deleting the plugins via ftp and forcing the update.

Hello, I have many problems with your theme.
I imported the demo and did not install correctly, this I did in 3 different hostings and the same error occurs.
My main problem is that in the Special Offers section not seen the pictures of each product, this also happens in the store.
When I try to change from Visual Composer category of “Special Offers” section will not let me add more than 1.
