Hello Pirenko,
I use the service element a lot in my website. It is great for telling the people about some offers, so we use it on pages to navigate between services and sub-services (complementary to the menu with its sub-menus). A lot of people are now trying to click the images/icons instead of the “Read more”-button, because it seems more intuitive to them, than reading all through the text and looking for a text-link/button underneath.
How is it possible to make the image/icon “clickable”, setting either an individual link to it or using the same link as the text-link “Read more”? Both solutions would solve this issue very well.

You can always add a custom function to a child theme to make sure that you update the theme without any trouble. Thanks!

Hello Pirenko, Still a huge fan of this theme and all of the great features. I am having a problem with the call to action buttons now that I have updated the theme on one of my websites. The button color is not saving and the icon is not saving either. Can you tell me if this is a known issue? My support just expired and I wanted to see if others are having this same problem. The theme pages have the option to hide the header entirely. If you only want to hide the breadcrumbs here’s the CSS code that you should under Aria Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS:#prk_crumbs {display:none;}

Hi, we have an issue in this theme where a posts page that summarises some posts will not go to an individual post when either the post title or the READ MORE button is clicked, we simply get sent to the home page. Please can you help and tell me what you need to fis this. That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. Please turn OFF any plugins that are not included with our theme and try again. Try also activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

It seems that you are trying to install the framework plugin “on top” of it (you can’t install the same plugin twice). That is not the right way to update it. After updating the theme please go to Appearance>Install plugins and select the update option.

I am using Aria theme, and have been for several years. All updates have been kept up with, but I’m REALLY disappointed that in one of my last updates the builder broke. My client has no access to her templates, and no ability to build using the back end with visual composer. Visual composer CAME WITH the purchase of this template but it is asking me to repurchase everything. Can you please advise how I can move forward in fixing this issue without repurchasing things I already purchased?

About updating or licensing Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Disregard that update message if it appears again.
Please be aware that if you buy and use a version that is different from the one that is included with the theme, we can’t ensure that it is compatible.
After updating the bundled plugins using the theme, you will have version 4.11.2.1 which is actually the latest version of Visual Composer.

You’re talkling in circles with me. The theme I purchased came with visual composer and EVERYTHING has been updated multiple times. It’s still the same version of visual composer, but visual composer is not updating with the theme.
Disregarding the message isn’t fixing it. Updating it isn’t fixing it. I have not purchased a different a different version, nor installed anything different. It stopped updating through your theme, then broke.

That would be nice if that’s what happened. But it didn’t work. I already did everything you’ve said to do.
Please let me know what version of the theme that you have (you can see this when you click on Themes). Let me know what version of the Aria Framework and Visual Composer you have (you can see this when you click on Plugins).

Thank you, Wordpress version 4.5.2, envato Wordpress toolkit version 1.7.3, Aria version 3.8, visual composer won’t update without a repurchase prompt so it’s set to 4.3.5
You should update the theme and the the plugins.
The latest versions are: theme 4.9, Aria Framework 4.9 and Visual Composer 4.11.2.1

Is there a way we can do this? I have tried adding the link into the external URL box, but nothing happens. I do notice a “Javascript Void” error come up on the bottom LHS of the window.

Hi Pirenko! Today I updated Wordpress today to the latest version and Visual Composer 4.9.2 is no longer working (just the toolbar for it loads on the page editor, but not the content of the page). I have a paid license for Visual Composer so I could get their update to 4.11.1, but that would be incompatible with the theme. Will there be a fix soon? Thanks!
