Hi!
If i upload the html with the images in a ZIP file, i can’t edit the text in mailchimp anymore with the visual editor. Is there a way i can still edit text in the mailchimp visual editor or should i do that in dreamweaver or something before uploading the zip file?

Thanks for purchasing Delicious Mail, you must add to the body tag mc:edit as explained in the documentation to be able to edit the newsletter in Mailchimp’s visual editor.

I am having issues in Outlook with an email. I sent a test through Constant Contact and there is a random separator in the middle of one block. It doesn’t show up on the HTML version online, only in Outlook for my test email. Any ideas why this would happen? Ben

I really like this design. Before I purchase I need to find out if any of the areas repeatable? If so, which ones?

All of the areas of the newsletter are repeatable. The code is well commented so you can see where the content block starts and ends.
To repeat any content you just need to copy what’s between starting and ending comment. This process is covered in the help file of the product.

Hi, really great work !! Question: I have a small white line under the block with the big photo at the right. The white line apears in Hotmail and Gmail. I added a fix (style=”display:block;”) but it didn’t work.
Have you got a solution? If you want, I have a screenshot for you.

We’ve done all this (on top of replacing all alt=”” in imgs). The unsubscribe link is managed by CampaignMonitor and even the SPF test is passed. Any other clues ?

Try to place extra unsubscribe link at the top of the email besides the default one at the bottom, also try to send me copy gifkynet [@] gmail.com and i’ll check it out.

Thanks for purchasing Delicious Mail, please make sure to change the location of all links like (view online, forward to a friend, read more, etc…) to the actual location which you want it to point to [instead of the default href=”#”] this should make it not caught by Gmail anti-spam.
Same with unsubscribe link it must point to actual page which handles the unsubscribe process or remove it totally.

Do you have a master photoshop template? I purchased and there’s just web elements. It would be a great option to design it fully so that you can just make the adjustments via photoshop before plugging in the template code.

Thanks for purchasing Delicious Mail, there is only elements PSD files no full layout PSD , as changing colors, banner pictures, etc… can be done in the elements PSD without the need for full layout PSD . Will be considering this feature in the next templates.

Wow extremely fast response, great job Gifky. But again how do i link the individual social links, they seem to be all together…
The social icons are separate icons, click any icon to select it then from the top bar click the link icon to change the link.

I am extremely confuse, I just purchased this template. I use MAC MAIL , now what do I do with it? How do i edit the words and the social plugins? Help please asap

Thanks for purchasing Delicious Mail. To use any layout in Mac Mail, just open it in Safari then click File menu and select Mail contents of this page, Mac Mail will start and you can edit the content and send it.

Thanks for letting me know, the preview is clean 100%, some previews has security code which could be falsely understood suspicious by AVG but once scanned with Kaspersky & couple online virus scanners it’s shows clean result.

1. Can i change the colours to Pink and white? Or insert Zebra pattern on the background of the headder
2. Can i change the words or part where it says Delicious Mail to add in my logo? (Its prob obvious but i thought id check)

1. Yes you can change the colors, and yes you can insert background image anywhere you wish but many email clients don’t read background images.
2. Yes sure you can change the logo text (in Photoshop) or use your own logo.

Hi, first: great work! Second: in template 6 and 7 (I use orange light) I see in dreamweaver errors on overlapping td and tr. No display, only an error. It is starting on line 45 till the end…

I have re-checked layout 6-7 code and all structure are correct, I know that Dreamweaver sometimes have problems with nested tables, but the code is correct, in order to edit the template just remove the </table> above the highlighted last </td> in code and once you finish editing just put it back.
I will update both layouts 6 -7 just to remove a duplicated “valign” attributes in the pricing table, it has no effect but to make it HTML valid, aside from that once you validate the page http://validator.w3.org/ it will show you no errors.
