Yes of course. You can modify title section and footer, but there is no way to make different footer for every post if you thought like that. Of course, title area is different for every page. Using WPML plugin you can translate any content you make and make it multi language.

Thank for getting back to me…What I mean is, on the admin page and post options (at the bottom of each page in the “Admin Section” there are the titles for that particular setting such as “Mikado Footer” or “Mikado Title” with a description next to it. I wanted to know can these be changed?

How do you mean changed? Footer and title areas can be changed from admin section, via theme options, or by setting content in Appearance > Widgets. Depends on what you need.

1. Slider Revolution is not auto imported with demo import and you need to import it manually.

In your WP admin, You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within your theme folder (theme package you downloaded from ThemeForest) and upload the sliders you want. The slider will be auto-displayed on site once you import them.

2. For the language sections – if you’re referring to language switcher, that’s coming from WPML premium plugin for multi-lingual site. If you don’t plan to use that plugin, you should remove the code for switcher from Appearance -> Widgets, and delete this first Text widget from Top Bar Right http://screencast.com/t/qNrGw6Hqkkq

Try the solutions from it, but try increasing your memory_limit parameter first (or ask you hosting to increase it for you), most of the time that is the cause, low memory gets exhausted after activating some plugin for example.
